Friendly staff, good location, restaurant was on renovation at the moment so they could not offer breakfast.

A beautiful white clean quant hotel .. walk to upmarket nightclubs. Great restaurants, fashion shops, local markets, amazing temple & Beach the staff are a credit to the Hotel .. I will certainly recommend it to anyone .. Yes, it looks just like the pictures,

It was terrible!! And the room was filthy! And they said they offered breakfast… they didn’t!! I can’t write much more as I have nothing positive to say!! Since Mr Gede died I have watched the hotel fall to wrack and ruin, such a disappointment!!

No milk for tea/ coffee - excuse kitchen being refurbished???!! Staff uninterested, barely spoke or understood English No hot water ?! No food or dink on site ! Not even water ?!! When booking said restaurant bar ect , got here - NOTHING!! Ashtrays not emptied from one day to another! Security guard asleep on chairs?! Chsrged us 300,000 for taxi to airport with their taxi service - no signs on car ect but ok - he drops us at wrong terminal so had to walk about a mile with luggage to correct departure building - absolute shambles from start to finish! Oh and be WARNED it’s down an unlit dirty dark street , that is full of groups of young men sitting all the way along , it’s pitch black in places and lurking in the trees are groups of men , didn’t feel safe and it’s a good 10 mins walk down unlit street!

Staff were quite kind and generous with their welcoming smiles. Room was comfortable with relieving ac to greet you every time you get back from the warmth of outside. And the rooftop was very beautiful at relaxing.
There’s one thing I will mention about the elevator though, the one morning we were on our way down and the elevator suddenly stopped and all light went out, leaving us feeling anxious. Luckily all we had to do was hit the down button again.
Thought I’d mention our strange experience.

We had a good stay here! The hotel is off the main road so it is quieter, but there is a construction site across from it so it can get noiser in the daytime. It is close to many restaurants and close to the beach! The hotel is old and dated, our rooms are decently clean. The bathroom is small. Overall, what we expected for what we paid.

There was mold in the room. Very small room, superior doesn't even have a window. Very disappointed. Staff was friendly and location was good.

Property is at the end of a dark and unlit alley without other businesses so feels unsafe to walk down if you're by yourself at night.
Staff is nice so no complaints there.
Good if you're only there to sleep. No restaurant downstairs or breakfast served.

A bit off the main drag but nice and quiet. Not a swimming pool but more like a plunge pool. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. No food or beverages of any description available.
