Szczerze mówiąc, dostajesz to, za co płacisz. Jest tani, więc pokój jest przeciętny, czystość nie spełnia moich standardów. Pościel jest niewygodna, ale łóżko jest w porządku. W pokoju była ogromna gąsienica, chociaż wiem, że tak naprawdę nie można na to poradzić. Pracownicy byli cudowni, a prezentacja śniadania była imponująca. Po kilku drobnych zmianach, dokładnym sprzątaniu i nowej pościeli ten hotel byłby naprawdę fajną opcją budżetową. Ale tak jak jest, niestety nie wrócę.

Pobyt w Tamantara był wspaniałym doświadczeniem! Lokalizacja jest idealna, widok na pola ryżowe przy naprawdę ładnej i niezbyt ruchliwej ulicy, ale wciąż w odległości spaceru od centrum Ubud. Stamtąd jest również idealny, aby udać się na północ na wszystkie wycieczki, takie jak wodospady, świątynie i tarasy ryżowe Tegellalang, bez konieczności przechodzenia przez ruchliwe centrum Ubud. Hotel i pokój były naprawdę ładne, ładne wnętrze i bardzo czyste i miały przestronny balkon. Również personel był super miły i pomocny we wszystkich pytaniach, jakie mieliśmy! Chętnie wrócę jeszcze raz i polecam w 100%

Piękne miejsce, wspaniała obsługa, lokalizacja niezbyt daleko lub zbyt blisko centrum, więc było spokojnie, a jednocześnie wygodnie. Jedyną drobną rzeczą było to, że telewizory tak naprawdę nie działały, nie mogły niczego oglądać, a personel też nie mógł tego naprawić i czasami słyszał hałas, który brzmiał jak pralki lub coś w nocy podczas snu.

Wat een fantastische ervaring! Het hotel is super mooi, heeft uitzicht op de rijstvelden en staat vlakbij het centrum van Ubud. Ik kreeg een warm welkom van Devi, de receptioniste. De kamers hebben net een restyling ondergaan en zijn erg mooi. Het bed is super comfortabel, ik had een ruime badkamer en uitzicht op het zwembad. De kok maakt heerlijk én gezond eten. Omdat ik tijdens het reizen ook werk, is het voor mij belangrijk dat ik een goede werkplek heb. Ik kon heel fijn werken in het restaurant en de WiFi is super snel. Het personeel is heel attent, ik voelde me meteen thuis. Al met al heb ik hier een hele fijne tijd gehad, 10/10 would recommend!

Bardzo głośna lokalizacja na ulicy i nie ma prawdziwego Basen, tak jak był przed pokojami innych ludzi i mały jak basen w willi. Śniadanie było w porządku, ale należy je zamówić z wyprzedzeniem, co może prowadzić do przygotowania na długo przed faktycznym czasem śniadania. To było wystarczająco miłe, ale trochę rustykalne jak na nasz gust.

Super nice hotel, which has a private villa in the complex. The place is nice and clean and within walking distance of the city centre. Which is very convenient

In over ten trips to Bali, this was by far the worst experience we have ever had. We booked 4 nights and paid upfront, which in retrospect was a terrible mistake as we stayed for 12 hours and subsequently lost $1800 Australian dollars when they refused to refund any portion whatsoever. This was despite the primary reason for leaving early relating to a child nearly suffering a scalding injury related to their substandard plumbing which was allowing boiling water surges randomly. In addition when we arrived in quickly became apparent that the website completely lies about the presence of an onsite restaurant - there is NO dinner service as advertised, and there appears to be 2 tables with seats in a dingy lobby only. The room smelled of mold, was infested with mosquitos. It is also not near the main ***** and there was no solution catering for guests who might have trouble walking to the central ***** (eg with young children); which is an issue given how hard it is with traffic to get around Ubud. For the price they are charging - over $400 AUD a night, there is no luxury or real service to speak of at all. When we respectfully asked for at least a partial refund due to being very upset our child narrowly avoiding a burn we were flatly refused throughout, despite there being a safety issue, hiding behind we could have asked for another room - the staff never offered this as an option at the time of us raising the complaint, but frankly after your child has nearly been seriously injured on a property you aren't keen to stay. In any other property I have stayed in Bali this would have been resolved with grace and good understanding - this place just ripped us off with not a second thought. DISGUSTING.
