Very good and attentive service staff. Room was also very clean and modern. Not luxurious but very comfortable.

A short stay for me as we are attending a family wedding in Bali. Good choice for a five star resort family hotel. Location is near the airport (25mins Max) Great breakfast spread too.
A very relax feel environment with Nice 2 big pools and gardens landscape. We had a great driver from the hotel too , to bring us around. His Name is Mr. Surat. Do ask for him if you stay here. Overall 5 stars recommended.

是一家親子友好型酒店，帶娃來很合適，KID CLUB很大，項目很多，游泳池裡也有滑梯。客房服務知道我們有孩子，還很貼心的用浴巾疊了一衹狗狗，很可愛。但是，屋裡有很多螞蟻，咬的身上起紅包。早上和前台反應了，直到下午六點才來人噴殺蟲劑。這效率也是感人了

Excellent location with many restaurants beside the hotel. Breakfast was very disappointing, many stalls not refilled at 9.30. And not much variety compared to other 5 stars hotel. When I complain about the fried bee hon not refilled, they cook it and made exclusive for us but I find that it’s a little bit odd that stalls are not refilled since the breakfast is served until 10.30. Food taste was also average.
Pool Gazebo (Saung) was also charged 200 thousand per day.
Sorry but won’t be staying again at Movenpick Bali.

Try to get top floor as we can hear walking steps of the guests staying above us.
Cleanliness and maintenance of the room and its amenities are poor. We see defects and very visible dirt in the room.
Service staffs are great. They did their best to help us and always ready to do what they can.

After visiting this hotel in 2019, we were really impressed and keen to return. However, this time we found the front staff to be unhelpful, incompetent and disorganised. We had booked 2 x connecting rooms 3 months before to share with our children. However, upon arrival, they advised that they didn't have any available. We were placed in two rooms apart, meaning that my wife and I had to share a room with each of our children due to their young age. Despite saying they would work to find a connecting room for us, they never rectified this, even though we asked again the next day. Internet connection drops in and out. Rooms are falling apart - our door scanner kept falling off, the tv wasn't fully operational and the luggage rack was falling apart. The onsite photographer tried to rip us off. The prices we had been sent by one staff member, were lower to the prices we were presented with when it came time to buy a package (they had doubled). We were told that these were for something different? He agreed to honour the original prices. However, once this was agreed, he said he needed to add on 10% to pay the hotel - this was never mentioned anywhere, so we began to walk away as the whole experience had become unsavory. He finally agreed not to pass this on to us and we received our photos. When asking staff a question, you received different answers from different staff. Not a 5-star hotel anymore.

Satu1nya kelebihan hotel ini cuma pool nya aja besar dan kids zone nya..laen nya mengecewakan, mulai dari front office, check in selalu lama , lelet dan bahkan nanya inap berapa orang, berapa anak sampai umur anakpun ditanya..karna anak diatas umur 7 th katanya suru beli extra bed yg harganya hampir seharga 1 kamar per malamnya, gak masuk akal,..sya sering inap hotel di bali tapi baru kali ini ditanyain detail umur anaknya.terlalu perhitungan di saat pandemi bikin kapok inap hotel ini.di saat hotel laen berusaha kasi pelayanan dan extra attention.ni hotel malah persulit tamu yg bawa anak.kamar pun gak bersih.toilet di bawah shower licin sekali.kentara ga perna disikat.meja masi banyak debu2nya..balkon apalagi semut2 berjejer2.dan sy stay 4 malam.sprei minta diganti, gak perna diganti oleh housekeeping.handuk sudah kuning dan sobek2.amenitis ga lengkap.gada laundry bag bahkan sleepers.
