Overall, it was quite okay. However, the taste of the breakfast and other food was a bit ordinary. Additionally, the hair dryer was too small and conditioner was not provided.

The villa was spacious and the service was prompt. We only had the breakfast it was limited but standard taste. For a villa this price we expected more . Cleanliness inside the villa was alright but the outside can be better. The teacups were left out so we had to rinse them before using ...but there was no soap or even towel to dry them. There were no paper towel or tissues outside the bathroom. The main reason we probably won't go back is the inflexibility of late checkout despite low occupancy. We checked in at 5pm and asked for a 3pm checkout after checking if it was full or not because our flight was at 8pm. They asked us to check the next day and gave us till 1 pm. This meant that they lost potential room service orders also as we then headed out to eat. Overall experience wasn't bad ...but for this price range we can and have gotten better villas elsewhere.

The villa was a little inaccessible as it was located quite a distance from the main streets and it was really dark at night with little lightings on the streets back to the villa. The breakfast provided was alright, with 3 main breakfast options, Indonesian, American and Continental breakfasts. The breakfast is filling but not much variety to choose from and the breakfasts were served to our villas, which I really appreciated. The villa is exactly as pictured from Trip.com. Since it was an open area, we were susceptible to insects and mosquitoes, the villa had burnt mosquito coils but it didn't really help, we still got bitten but it wasn't much of a concern as we were mostly out doing other activities. The wifi here was pretty bad too, it kept disconnecting and we had to use our data instead.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon. Cannot fault the place or the staff! They helped to arrange airport pick-up and some other beautiful touches at our villa which was easy to sort in advance and got me some major brownie points with the wife! The staff could not have been nicer and couldn’t do enough for us. Well located near bars & restaurants too but the villa was so good we didn’t explore too much. The candlelit dinner we arranged in our Villa was the perfect extra touch.

This villa was absolutely perfect and ever single member of staff was an absolute pleasure. The location was incredibly central in Seminyak but in such a quiet location away from any main streets and noise. Breakfast each day was lovely but the food and drink for dinner was very simple. Better off going to explore greater Seminyak for dinner options. Our time here was very relaxing and worth the price we paid. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

Private Villas in great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff who are very welcoming. Villas has its own private pool and lounge area. Outdoor shower. Fully air conditioned in rooms. They come with mosquito coils to keep the villas free of mosquito. Full kitchen area. Room service available. Back gate shortcut to shops. Front and turn left and walk between building gets you through a gate to the beach about a 10 min walk. Note gate closes at 11pm. Only downside is breakfast is limited and they don’t have a buffet, think it’s due to the small amount of Villas ( 19 ). Overall would stay here again

Really enjoyed the villa. Number 1 is close to the end with the rear gate where you can walk up to the Seminyak shops, massage etc.... There is a shortcut to the beach from the main entrance if you go out and turn left. Follow the road around to the left as it turns into a very narrow pathway between buildings and at the end, walk through a gate open during the day and you come out at the beach next to the W hotel. There are little beach bars with snacks and cheap beers. Loved that, but also really enjoyed the villa and having a private pool. Gardens were spectacular and well maintained. Perfect private retreat if looking to get away from people for a bit, but close enough that you can be in the action by foot within a few minutes.Breakfast selection ok - tried the breaded chicken waffle and it was surprisingly good with a poached egg! :)

Everything was great from start to finish. The villa is beautiful and the shower was my personal favourite part! and of course the private pool. The grounds are beautiful. The hotel helped us organise anything we needed such as bike rental/taxi. All staff were so attentive and welcoming, and went the extra mile. The location was good, nearby to plenty of amenities. Our villa was near to another hotel/bar as we could hear loud music/live music when we were outside. but we actually enjoyed it. The included breakfast included was great. The only different thing for us personally was the breakfast was between 7am and 11am and each morning the staff would call us at around 10am to ask if we were coming which woke us up a couple times. Not necessarily a bad thing just something to mention. Overall I would return here and definitely recommend to anyone visiting Seminyak.
