Great location located in Kuta. Near to airport with 3-5 minutes drive costing around 22,000.00 rupiah.
Easy accessed to Kuta Beach and streets marketplace. The hotel owned a private beach accessible by in-house guests only.
Normal check-in process with no standard greetings, quite disappointing. Room was cleaned and served buffet breakfast with live egg station, loved the omelette.
The hotel room disqualified in sound protection, able to hear next door talks and corridor’s walking. Wifi speed was good.

A hotel is very basic however we can use facilities in resort , breakfast is very basic too. Beautiful beach and walking distance to restaurants.

The hotel placed in very convenient place, doesn’t have a private beach, but it is not a problem, there is a great public beach. The stuff very kind and friendly, helpful. The room was very comfortable and cozy , room was cleaned every day. The hotel has tow swimming pools. The cuisine was very tasty, meals were every days different. Hotel’s neighbourhood that’s many clubs, restaurants caffès etc… . Definitely recommend for comfort staying in Bali

Quite a decent hotel considering the price found on trip.com. Especially good was the ability to use the facilities at the larger neighbouring hotel (Bintang Bali).
Rooms a spacious with comfortable beds and new smart TV's. Rooms and bathroom starting to show their age a little bit, but you get what you pay for.
Breakfast was fine, but limited for those with western taste.
An extra bed was provided for 400,000 Idr which was a little bit on the expensive side I thought.
Short walk to Waterbom Bali (cheap tickets on Trip.com) which was a highlight for our kids.

Short distance to airport, good breakfast, nice and clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Perfect hotel for a sleepover near to the airport. We would choose it again!

Bali kuta hotel was so nice with friendly staff...room are spacious and clean...breakfast was OK good and nice...will make a come back soon in bali kuta hotel....

Location is great for an overnighter if you’re flying out the next day as it’s about 10-15 minutes walk to the airport.
If you’re here for a few days then the location is good but not excellent, it’s quite far to the beach when walking. Close by on a scooter though.
The room was tidy and clean, and well maintained and has hairdryers etc.
The only bad thing I can say about this hotel is the staff service. They seemed quite grumpy , unwilling to help, not friendly at all which is the only hotel we’ve experienced this at in Indonesia.
- the guy behind the pool bar was exceptionally grumpy and short when communicating.
In general the hotel itself is good but the staff/ service was appalling.
Side note:
This may not be the fault of the hotel but we stayed on the forth flour and there were many Chinese tourists. They were very loud until the early hours of the morning, it got to the point where we knocked on the door to ask them to make less noise. The hotel didn’t seem to do anything about it.
