Zatrzymaliśmy się tutaj kilka razy. Usługi lokalizacyjne i naczynia są w porządku. Domek naszym zdaniem wymaga remontu poza podłogą.
Śniadanie jest minimalne z niewielką różnorodnością. Inni goście również narzekali na to.

Staff are friendly and helpful. foodie the breakfast ..just ok.mOptions a bit limited.
Service good.
Easy and comfortable place to stay.

Breakfast was awful no sausage bacon when you ordered a pancake took 30 minutes no glasses for drink
Location for pool and beach terrific 19 stairs to room very steep would not recommend for elderly people

Good for what you pay for. This is a very old school Balinese hotel. Only comment would be that breakfast cutlery at breakfast is in plastic. Why? Not great for the environment.

The staff at Vila Shanti were all very helpful and friendly. The room was simple but clean, the bed quite firm but comfortable enough. I requested softer pillows and they supplied them for me. They could do with having some extra things in the room like a bottle opener, safes and bins with lids in the bathrooms. They could also do with more loungers around the pool, although the shape of the pool area makes this a bit difficult to accomplish. People 'saving' their loungers for hours at a time was also quite frustrating and so the pool attendant should be monitoring this I feel. Aside from these minor things, the location is amazing, right in the middle of Sanur and right on the beach. The view of Mount Agung is breath taking.
Overall, I am very happy with the value and service.

This is a lovely quiet slice of paradise. The gardens are beautiful and the staff are very helpful and polite. I loved the large Bali style rooms and due to my sisters illness they organised a ground floor room. I will definetly be coming back for my next relaxing break. Great beach front location easy walking distance to good restaurants and markets.

went for a lunch and it was great! the restaurant is facing direct to the beach, the view is amazing and it is so cozy!!! love every single minute of it! been into this place lots of times and never get bored, the staffs are also super friendly!!!
