Eden the Residence at the Sea Seminyak

This is the perfect villa stay if you have a family with kids who love to relax and swim. With large bedrooms and bathrooms, a great pool and so much space this might look a bit frayed around the edges but look above that and enjoy a first rate villa experience just by the beach and an easy stroll to shops, restaurants and more. The staff are first rate and really professional , the in room breakfast each day was first rate and the housekeeping was spot on. A large kitchen, dining and family areas were amazing and so large and comfortable that allowed us all to totally relax for the stay. It was really perfect as we had 6 adults and 4 children aged 7,8, 12 and 13.

Dated and unclean. Bugs and geckos. Broken tiles in every room and pool falling apart. No air conditioned living spaces as it was all open all the time (which meant cats came in during the night and walked on the kitchen bench). Towels were dirty. Curtains were dirty. Walls were dirty. Plumbing broke down in most rooms during our stay and water was all over the floor. Bathrooms don’t have any natural air flow and aren’t air conditioned either. The layout was suitable for our large group and the greenery by the pool was lovely.

The villa is sparsely furnished with fixed furniture. Landscape is spectacular. However some attention needed in the bathroom .. shower head needs replacing and shelves needed for shampoo and soap . Love the water dispenser with hot and cold water

We were a family of 11 who stayed at the Pranaa villa 27 June to Jul 1 ,2023.The support staff - housekeeping and kitchen were great. Our last nights barbecue dinner- the staff did an outstanding job. However poor maintenance of rooms. Water not draining in bathroom sinks.No rods/hooks in bathroom to hang towels. Shower faucets loose and falling off. No bedside tables. Please improve on these and it will be a super place to come back to. You have excellent staff !

Amazing location, right by the beach, beautiful villas, we had booked 6 villas, every one of them was beautiful and well maintained. Awesome staff, no issues at all. Very peaceful location, definitely recommended. I may come back in April - May 24!

The staff at Eden were fantastic. Our housekeeper was Antari and she went out of her way to make sure we were happy and nothing was too much trouble. It was lovely to be greeted with her friendly smile each morning and our villa was kept clean each day. We had a 3 bedroom beach view villa which was beautiful. The pool is perfect size and the villa is very spacious and has all the amenities needed when on holiday. We organised a surprise proposal for my daughter and the staff were very helpful to make this happen late at night when we arrived. I also want to make special mention of the 24 hour security guards who were always available to ensure we were safe and comfortable when leaving and coming back to our villa. We will be staying here again!

We loved the Villas and the potential it has. Space wise it was perfect. It had more than enough space to cater for all of us. The staff were amazing and so friendly. They were always helpful and attended our needs straight away. Adi and the team were lovely. The villas do need some work as they look a little 'tired' updating some lined and towels would make a difference. Updating the bathrooms and adding some TV's and clocks in the rooms would help too. We noticed alot of the electrical points in the rooms didnt work either. Other than a little make over overall, the Villas are great!

The best experience recently for a belated birthday celebration at the fabulous Eden Residences. The 5 bedroom villa was just perfect for our event and the staff went out of their way to ensure everything was more than we ever expected. Nothing was too much trouble, they listened to all our needs and came up with ideas and helpful information right from the moment we arrived for our 5 days of bliss, even organising the best bartender in Seminyak to make the most delicious cocktails all night long. The roof top garden was the perfect location in the Seaview Samsara Villa for birthday drinks, nibbles and watching the most incredible sunset over the water. A big shout out to Nada and Benny, kitchen staff for shopping at the local market and preparing local Balinese delicacies and finger food and decorating the villa in the most exquisite way as a surprise. The best part of the whole stay was the exceptional service provided by the most incredible staff member, Putu who worked with us closely and so hard on the night. She was so amazing in every way making our celebration perfect in every way. Thanks Villa Eden, will be back again very soon for another stay, can’t wait to catch up again with the amazing staff in this gorgeous location.

My gal friend booked the villa for her Hen's night gateway. We stayed at the Shamala villa. The furniture inside was outdated and not well maintained. The location of this villa is 30 minutes away from the airport. The furniture in the Villas is outdated and not well maintained. The pool was pretty dirty as well. I stayed in one of the rooms on level 3. The room is spacious. The bathroom is of a decent size. King size bed was comfortable. The wardrobe mirror was broken though. Housekeeping didn't do a good job cleaning the room. My feet were black after walking around in my room barefooted after showering. Nonetheless, I still enjoyed staying in this villa. The staff was friendly and well-trained.
