Good environment and good house service, but the toilet looks very dirty with a lot smell. And at breakfast, the waiter provides me the tea after 30 minutes since ordering. Much worse the cup is not washed totally. Unbelievably . Also the traffic in this area is very bad

Beautiful grounds and the staff were accommodating with our every request. We enjoyed multiple complementary guest experiences that were all perfectly executed. The villa and private pool were well kept relaxing.

In incredibly beautiful surroundings we truly had a WONDERFUL time at Plataran Canggu. The Villa was amazing, the Food so good! The stuff professional, mindful and so very kind!! Most of all we like to thank Fahmi for taking care of us in an incredibly kind and mindful matter. He fulfilled our wishes even before we could consider them ourselves .. And Agus - best Cocktails and so well presented; Rani - always an open eye and ear for every request; Ngurah, who showed us the wildlife for which we can’t express our wonders enough! To just name a few … Thank you Plataran Canggu for being a second home for a little while. We won’t forget this holiday and absolutely recommend it to anyone who searches for a little paradise in busy Canggu.

We stayed at Plataran Canggu for five nights as part of a package and it was a wonderful from beginning to end. The resort is set in lush tropical gardens and our well appointed garden villa overlooked a stream with a private gate to the pool. All the staff worked hard to ensure our stay was perfect from the house staff who brought us cookies and kept the insects at bay every evening, the reception staff who ensured our bookings and tours all worked without a hitch, the restaurant staff who provided delicious meals and complimentary cocktails, the helpful drivers, the girls in Padma spa and our very patient yoga instructor. Special thanks to Dita who looked after us so well in the restaurant. The attention to detail made our stay very special and I would love to return.
