Piękne i przestronne pokoje, ładne łazienki z wanną! To był naprawdę luksusowy pobyt, byłoby wspaniale, gdyby zapewnili suszarkę do włosów i oddzielną kostkę mydła do rąk. Aha i grubsze koce (lub dodatkowy dostępny w pokoju), ponieważ było zimno, kiedy tam byliśmy.

We are going to sunrise trip the next day 5am, good choice so next day we not need wake up super early. But never expect so cold there during night time. Thank you Sri who served us fetch us out to buy cake. And even give us a surprise diy cake as they aware my husband would like celebrate for me while shop there all close by 8pm.thank you so much for prepare us breakfast box at 4am too.

Nice hotel and have hot spring. Staff are nice and good service..

2nd time stay here with family was great time. Nice place, love the atmosphere. The service was good, drinks olso.I only need to say that breakfast little bit or less value. Instead of all the facilities. Personally I love this place. If Next trip hope get better breakfast.

One week ago my husband and I went to this hotel . It was so bad. Disgusting room, furry white mould on the walls, loose tap in the bathroom, cracks in the walls, dead flies, the wall laminate peeling off and this was in one of the suite with pool, tile missing in pool, thin walls could hear next room, pictures on sites are obviously very old. And owner is dragging his feet over the refund and making excuses. Unprofessional and unclean.

Staff service standards are fantastic - the one big plus of this establishment. Another positive is free transport from hotel to as far as Starbucks. Otherwise, there is ongoing renovations and the noise is disruptive to sleep, which can be detrimental to someone who woke up at 2am for the Mt.Batur ascend and in desperate need of sleep after arrival back at the hotel in the morning. I find the greatest discomfort came from the perpetually wet toilet floor. This is because the slope of the toilet floor has not been done well, and water from showering flows towards the door instead of just towards the drain hole.

It’s hard to rate this hotel as there were some absolutely lovely things about it: - the location is gorgeous - the pool is so relaxing and heated for a night time swim - the staff were quick to fix WiFi issues - the free shuttle and being able to WhatsApp for pick up was fantastic However I think the following things really knock it down: - we were first put into room 108 and there was a gap between the door and the wall when shut. This was already mentioned on trip advisor by another guest so it really should be fixed! - the sound proofing is awful. We stayed 3 nights and I was woken up/kept awake on all 3 nights as the pool is open late and loud dogs are barking on the lane behind. - one night they had singers performing until 10pm, so loud that every room would’ve felt like the performance was in their room. - breakfast is limited and pretty rubbish to be honest.

Very bad smell in the bathroom and a lot of humidity in the bedroom, which did not give the feeling of a cleaned room. The overall aspect of the hotel was not clean and our daughter caught an infection in the swimming pool. I would not recommend it.

We stayed a night in Pramana Zahill Kimtamani on 3rd-4th January 2022. We've enjoy our staycation there. This new property located in central Kintamani near many resto and main road. They have a heated pool so comfort even in night. The room looks minimalist with a bathtub. The service also amazing. Fortunately we met the owner while we enjoy the pool so we have much talk about this beautiful hotel. Definetely we will back to Pramana Zahill soon. Thank you.
