InterContinental Bali Resort, an IHG Hotel

服務一流，酒店內環境挺好的，沙灘不錯。酒店外一般般，不過那塊整體就都這樣。 設施比較舊，房間有黴味但也能接受，吹風機風小還不熱。

自然環境很不錯。內部設施就差了點，放洗漱用品的小抽屜一拉麪板就掉下來了，洗手間插座插不上，一拔整塊面板掉下來。房間提供的礦泉水是玻璃瓶的，但卻找不到開瓶器每次都是用勺子撬開。最氣氛的是checkout的時候説我消費了minibar的一瓶白酒，還確認了半天，最後也沒搞清楚，擦，莫名其妙！

第一晚入住的時候是接近八點了，酒店員工問我們有沒用餐計劃，我問酒店有沒什麼吃的可以點，因為太晚了我們不想跑出去，他説酒店沒有，要他們的司機在我們外出去吃海鮮大餐，吃完他們再把我們送回去，那一頓吃了我們680多塊，東西很少，不過旅遊嘛，衹要宰得不是特別狠也就算了……後來才知道酒店裡麪很多餐廳，也聽到別人説凌晨還可以點食物吃，呵呵，為什麼酒店人員告訴我説：不能點？？要是當時深夜我們外出出事了，誰來負責？現在想想真的好後怕！！！尤其知道1號就出了兇殺案！！ 還有酒店的空調特別吵，當時晚上11點多了，我們跟酒店投訴，他們第一反應不是給我們換房間，而是找兩個男人來修，修了好一會，沒有修好，説第二天再來修……Excuse me ，我總共訂了兩晚，這個酒店可是兩千多一晚，就這？？？最後我們要求換房，他們才給我們換，換了一間稍微好一點點，但是也還是吵，但是太晚了，我們也累了，就算了…… 這個體驗感真的太差了，性價比真的太低

Stay for 3 nights here - Its a huge resort, in front of Jimbaran beach; it location is good too, close to shops and good eating places - however, bit disappointed with their services; check in, waiting for approx 20 mins and no one direct us nor help, for this calibre of resort, we expected more, for sure. Moreover, the reservation lady told us that she will “help” us with the membership but till our checkout time, no one follow it up with us🤔; breakfast was good, many foods options; their servers are friendly but their foods stations staff were not - no smile, no “how are you” nor any basic greetings, definitely need to be improved.

I and my friends celebrated my birthday at the hotel. They upgraded my room to a better one. I complained to the staff about the increased humidity and they promptly installed a special device that normalized the humidity in the room and made it very comfortable. amazing service. I am delighted. I highly recommend this hotel Breakfast and food in general in the hotel restaurants are good. there is also a tennis court and it is very good for a stay at the hotel for a few days

Very very big hotel. If you like be in quite people not arounded people then tis hotel is for you. Beach enough clean now if compare how it were 1 or 2 years ago. Food tasty, there is 3 restaurants. I liked restaurant near main pool. Very tasty decaf coffe with out milk, and prices the same or cheapper than in reastaurants outside hotel. Rooms big and good. Maybe something in hotel and in the rooms a little bit old, but its ok. Good gym. Staff normal. Very cold in lobby toilets which are are fully automatic, like in Tokyo.

A definite highlight! Service: A Mixed Bag: 1. Room Allocation Issues: Despite confirming a king bed during check-in, we were initially provided a room with two single beds. The distance to the room and the necessity to call reception from a bathroom phone (due to a broken phone in the main room) compounded the inconvenience. 2. Communication Challenges: The response to our room issue was slow and confusing, with a bellboy unsure of his role, adding to the disarray. 3. Room Reassignment Confusion: The next room, though identical in design, had the single beds pushed together, which could have been done in the first room. This arrangement awkwardly positioned plugs and switches between the headboards, causing further inconvenience. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Several aspects here were concerning. 1. Kettle Misuse: Discovering a kettle previously used for cooking noodles was off-putting. 2. Neglected French Press: A leftover tea bag in the French press indicated a lack of thorough cleaning. 3. Room Maintenance: The small shower room, a broken study table, and multiple visits from service staff for repairs disrupted our comfort. 4. Pillow Variance: An abundance of square pillows, with only two being rectangular, seemed peculiar. Facilities: Impressive Yet Inconsistent: 1. Culinary Delight: The breakfast, especially the avocado toast with poached eggs, was delightful. 2. Recreational Spaces: The game room and huge congkak with pebbles were enjoyable, though the plastic chess pieces were a letdown. 3. Cultural and Leisure Activities: Hosting Kecak performances, a flea market, and beachfront dining added a unique charm. Overall Ambiance: The hotel exuded an 'old money' experience, enhanced by amenities like bike rentals and laundry service across the street. Conclusion: The stay was a rollercoaster of highs and lows. While certain aspects like location and some facilities were outstanding, issues with service, room comfort, and cleanliness led to a mix of annoyance and appreciation. It was an experience of mixed feelings.

Pretty room and spacious, but there were a lot of flies in the room, might be due to facing the garden. The hotel gave us birthday cake for celebration which was very nice.
