In the beginning, i had an issue that really pissed me off, and then after pressure got high, there was a nice lady. She calmed me down and gave me a better room , after long waiting..
Overall, i am disappointed, and i am wondering if you have to get a normal room. Do you have to make a problem? Especially if your booking is unrefundble.
A lot of things needs renovation and change totally, such AC sheets showers 🚿, etc ..
Thanks for the nice lady , i don't know her name but unfortunately other staff hadn't good attitudes

Strategic location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, short walking distance to Double Six Beach, unfortunately the room wasn't soundproof hence you could easily woken up from the noise of people talking in the hallway.

+ : Location is near Double Six Beach and there are minimart, cafe, shops nearby, so its great. Staffs are very friendly.
- : Room was ok, to be honest i think its not great but decent, looks a bit old though. AC was not very cold even after we set it at 16C. Wall is quite thin, could hear noises from outside/other adjacent rooms. Breakfast was not good, and the room is open without adequate fans, so quite warm.
Would I stay again? Not at $80/night but if its cheaper i would consider.

Rooms were good - clean and comfortable, with good quality bedding, towels, and a fridge.
However the facilities are getting old and random stuff breaks frequently. My door card reader was broken for several days; and on one of the nights the external fan unit of the air conditioning system started making very very loud noises which kept me awake until 3-4am, made worse by the fact the balcony door was not fully airtight against the outside. Luckily they switched me to another room for that evening, and the issue in the original room was better the next (last) day, though not fully resolved.
All in all, decent value for money. Location is very good, close to the beach and a lively part of Seminyak with a wide range of shops and restaurants.

Very clean hotel, housekeeping service was good service daily. Breakfast has many options, for vegetarian's enough choice and also provided extra fruits for us.

Hygiene is great. I didn’t have any bugs in my room and the bathroom was very clean as well. The location is also great very nearby the beach and you’re surrounded by stores. The staff was lovely and very respectful + friendly. I gave 4 stars due to this one staff member, because he was trying to make fun of me bother me and make fun of me every single time he saw me. I once ordered soup, I ended up not liking the soup at all so I didn’t finish it. Every time I would walk by he would ask me if I wanted soup even after telling him several times I don’t like the soup and won’t order it again. But still he would bother me for the past 4 days until I checked out. “Soup” “you want soup” “wanna order soup again” “you’re going to order soup” “yes soup?” I hope someone teaches him that it’s not ok to make fun of your guests.

The place is o right for the price ...really close from the beach and restaurants all around ...nice pool , helpful staff and upstairs they have a pretty legit jacuzzi ...overall a nice place for what you pay .
