Where do I start, from the beginning of my stay have been completely disrespected of my needs and complete forgery of the description, I couldn't even get my welcome drink and not that I Care about that but I happened to go through a he'll of a day and was thirsty so it kind of mattered, then to find my phone there taxi driver charged me the price of a full day to take me on a 2 and a half hour trip, then I check into my non smoking room with no towels and dirt on the floor and worst the non smoking room had cigarette burns all over, the nails sticking out of the entry door ruined my $100 usd lulu lemon polo, , next I go.to the restaurant in good spirits order a beer and 20 mins later I get served, ordered appetizers and 40mins later they never came so I walked out of the restaurant while I see everyone else getting plenty of attention, the only thing I can think of is they'd not like Americans, now I know what discrimination feels like not one place in bali treated me even close to as badly as this place,check.my reviews of other hotels, it does not take much to make me feel welcome, IF YOU ARE AMERICANS AND TIP STAFF STEER CLEAR BECAUSE APPARENTLY ALL THEY SERVE IS EUPOEAN children that we all know don't tip, probably why they charge 21% on top of your bill, and I still tip, good luck le bali, time to start over!
