Where do I start, from the beginning of my stay have been completely disrespected of my needs and complete forgery of the description, I couldn't even get my welcome drink and not that I Care about that but I happened to go through a he'll of a day and was thirsty so it kind of mattered, then to find my phone there taxi driver charged me the price of a full day to take me on a 2 and a half hour trip, then I check into my non smoking room with no towels and dirt on the floor and worst the non smoking room had cigarette burns all over, the nails sticking out of the entry door ruined my $100 usd lulu lemon polo, , next I go.to the restaurant in good spirits order a beer and 20 mins later I get served, ordered appetizers and 40mins later they never came so I walked out of the restaurant while I see everyone else getting plenty of attention, the only thing I can think of is they'd not like Americans, now I know what discrimination feels like not one place in bali treated me even close to as badly as this place,check.my reviews of other hotels, it does not take much to make me feel welcome, IF YOU ARE AMERICANS AND TIP STAFF STEER CLEAR BECAUSE APPARENTLY ALL THEY SERVE IS EUPOEAN children that we all know don't tip, probably why they charge 21% on top of your bill, and I still tip, good luck le bali, time to start over!

Huge territory. There are 4 blocks of buildings but it’s really hard to find your room. Service should be better. We asked to help with baggage around 20 min. Cleaning also hope to be better. I can rate it for 5/10.

I’ve booked this hotel for two nights only I have now extended it for one more week the services at this hotel is brilliant and it’s very good for solo travellers and people who just want to get away from the city and partying etc staff are very nice and friendly.

Amazing massage by the pool and a good pool for children and adults alike. Perfect area if you have a scooter but a bit far from anything if you are reliant on cabs. Waking is not much of an option.
It will be lovely to see this hotel get back on its feet after the last few hard years

It was nice experience nearby the beach and good value for money . The room little bit old / small renovation required but clean and big size .

Worth the money. You just need to have your own vehicle motor or car to be able to go to places as they don’t have their own shuttle.
