It was very clean. The service was amazing. The staff was very helpful and very nice. Had a great time there. It was close to the sea and they had their own place reserved at the sea. Definitely coming back.

Had a great stay at Ossotel, As a solo traveller is had everything I needed. Big clean room with a nice balcony. The room was to a high standard and regularly re supplied with nice thick thowels, they also provide very comfortable kimonos.
The hotel is joined on to Romeos’s restaurant and guests receive a 15% discount which was great. The food was good there and with a happy hour drinks deal it was well worth having when not in the mood to go too far.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, I was very impressed with them.
The location is fantastic, can get to the beach in two or three minutes through a private exit for the hotel and when you return there is an area to wash your feet and shower before getting into the pool. A very nice touch.
The pool is nice and long but my only complaint about it is that it is not very deep and as a result the water is very warm, personally I’d prefer if it was colder for some more relief from the baking heat.
Overall a wonderful stay and I would recommend it to anyone who is keen to stay in the Legian area.

Excellent gem of a hotel that's close to the beach and great places to eat. The staff is absolutely fantastic and the pool is amazing especially if you have a room by the pool. Highly recommended!

Not a big hotel but very comfortable. Great location and very modern. Staff were very friendly and the laneway access to the beach was convenient.
