Lomond Park Hotel

NIE ZATRZYMUJ SIĘ TUTAJ, zamiast tego pozostań po drugiej stronie ulicy! Wprowadzające w błąd zdjęcia pokoju w Internecie. Opublikowali tylko zdjęcia pokoju, który zrobili, więc mogliśmy uwierzyć, że to ten, który rezerwowaliśmy. Menedżer powiedział nam nawet, że jako powód naszej skargi mieli problemy z przesłaniem różnych zdjęć pokoi. Mieliśmy zarezerwowane 2 noce i anulowane niedługo po pokazaniu nam naszego obrzydliwego, zakurzonego, starego, przestarzałego pokoju, ale odmówiono nam zwrotu pieniędzy, mimo że na stronie internetowej napisano: „częściowo podlega zwrotowi – zostaniesz obciążony opłatą za pierwszą noc, jeśli anulujesz po rezerwacji „. Po tym, jak ciągle pytaliśmy o zwrot pieniędzy, zajęło im dobre kilka dni, zanim nam odpowiedzieli, i w tym czasie przesłali inne zdjęcia pokoi na swoją stronę, powiedzieli nam, że kłamiemy i że zdjęcia zawsze były publikowane, po czym zerwali kontakt z nami. Ciekawostka: zdjęcia przesłane przez hotel później, na temat których, jak twierdzili, kłamaliśmy, mają dokładnie takie same zmarszczki na łóżku, umiejscowienie poduszek i rozmieszczenie przedmiotów, jak na zdjęciach, które zrobiłem z pokoju, kiedy składaliśmy skargę. Jest bardzo jasne, że przesłali je później, aby uniknąć zwrotu pieniędzy, mogą to być nawet nasze dokładne zdjęcia, które wysłaliśmy im e-mailem... 🤦‍♀️ Całkowicie oszukańczy hotel, obrzydliwa obsługa klienta i słaba komunikacja.

Very welcoming staff at checkin. We had a slight issue with the radiator in our room, within 5 minutes a heater was provided and within 20 minutes we were moved to another room. The room was spotless and everytime we spoke to a staff member they were lovely, the lady manager was amazing and I can’t thank her enough for making the stay pleasant for my teenage daughter. We booked on a night when the club downstairs was on. We spent the night dancing and singing in our room which anyone who has a 16 year old will know they are at an age when they want to go clubbing but aren’t old enough. The music kept her occupied and giggling for hours. Would definitely stay again

Appalling and disgusting do not book this place on a Saturday night unless you’re a nightclubber . My room directly above a disco noise reverberating around room from 11pm to 3 am sleep impossible also no towels in room and then given used towels one with a brown stain on ( I took a photo) also a note on the room next door re mixed up booking

Me and my mate rob dropped into the Lomond park hotel to start our journey for some food and a drink. Couldn't of been a righter choice. The service was efficient and friendly, and the food was superb and fast out of the kitchen, even with a with a large function going on in the back. Would highly recommend, and will be back on my next trip to Scotland. Ted and rob.

Great stay, really comfortable room and a**osphere. Kelly and the staff made me feel more than welcome and were very accommodating during my stay. I would defiantly recommend if you're looking for somewhere to stay in the area, uou won't be disappointed

Very good stay , comfort stay , comfy pillow , good shower and best bed . Very good stay and good food in lounge. Staff very accomodating and good people . Stayed for 2 nights and the best part is glen roy bar as we had a fabulous time. Good entertainment

I had a wonderful stay , they upgraded my room and stay was best. Comfy bed and pillows what you need. Very good shower facilities and overall very good stay. Staff very helpful and always ready to help. Tried food in their lounge which was really awesome. Will recommend it.

I went with my wife and the stay was really good. The bed was really good and comfortable , the pillow were really good. I must say that they have invested in bedding and bathroom in thus hotel. Really good and comfortable stay. We went down for dinner in the restaurant and really food was wonderful. Butter chicken we tried and fish and Chios were best.

We were here with friends and stayed in the hotel. Accommodation wise were thinking would be average but being hones very comfy bed , very comfy pillows and showers were beautiful. Very nice stay with nice selection of color on the wall. Staff was really very nice. Food was really good. Do try Butter chicken here very nice and best i had
