I would like to talk a little about Eline. She was very friendly and lovely with me during my time in the hotel. I will her all the best and I recommend sincerely her. Perfect hotel and experience, I will return.

The reception was very nice the people and the service was very good the hotel is very clean the room was comfortable the cleaning was excellent. The waitresses were attentive and polite. I highly recommend this hotel Kind regards Cheers Valgeir from Iceland

Quartos limpos e organizados. Café da manhã muito bom. Janta muito bem feita e apetitosa, Ana, Lenita e Francisca muito atenciosas e prestativas. Local de estacionamento bem localizado. Hotel bem localizado e ótimo ambiente, toda estrutura muito bem organizada.

Balsas possui dois bons hoteis. O Premier e o 10. Sempre fico no Premier mas, dessa vez, resolvi conhecer o 10. Que bela surpresa. Hotel novo. Energia boa. Quarto amplo. Conveniência 24h. Sem dúvida passa a ser minha primeira opção na cidade.

Hotel de ótima qualidade, sempre que venho para Balsas e região me hospedo no Hotel 10. Equipe atenciosa e pronta para resolver as necessidades. Estrutura do quarto é bem confortável e espaçoso. Muito satisfeito.

Equipe super atenciosa sempre dispostos a ajudar e fazer a sua estadia ser maravilhosa. Em especial as camareiras do 4º andar e a turma da recepção. Não esquecendo também do pessoal do restaurante. Café da manhã sempre bem servido. Limpeza impecável dos apartamentos

Hotel novo, muito bem localizado, com uma decoração linda nos quartos. Internet muito boa pra trabalhar. Check in e check out rápidos e recepcionistas educados. Café da manhã nota 7, pois não tem muitas variedades, mas tudo estava gostoso.
