Preston South (Craven Drive)

Me and my partner stayed recently, the reception staff were very friendly and the room we stayed in was very modern and clean. Couldn’t ask for more for the price that we payed. The highlight however was the next morning at breakfast. Served by a lovely lady named giovanna who also told me the chef that morning was called Donna, the breakfast and the service was out of this world, and they both couldn’t do enough for us, even tho there was a few people there they managed to find time for every single one of us. Well done ladies you really topped off a very lovely stay! We will definitely be back 💛

Just awful. We booked a triple room but were checked in a double room so reception changed our room to another double room with a single bed. Of course I had to make my own bed as housekeeping did not prepare the room. I was given the linen by the receptionist and was asked to make my own bed after paying £200. The keys were clearly cut for 1 day and had to go down to reception every day because they didn’t work (key was away from our phones despite them telling us that keys weren’t working because they must have been close to our phones) Lovely surprise in the morning when getting ready - only 1 towel in the bathroom so we had to go down reception to ask for another

I stayed in a Premier Plus room which was worth the extra in comparison to other Premier Inn standard rooms I have stayed in elsewhere. The room was spacious and comfortable with extra facilities (coffee machine, water, iron/ironing board), modern clean bathroom with lovely toiletries. There was free parking directly outside and the hotel is located close to the M6. There is a Sainsbury’s just across the road which is handy for refuelling (petrol or food!) before you head back on the motorway. The staff were friendly and polite and the hotel was quiet meaning a good nights sleep. Perfect!

Great location for a travelling break, friendly greeting, plenty of parking. Was really impressed with the room, very updated and lovely shower l had a good sleep and will definitely stay here again.

Stopped off at this Premier Inn on way back home from Manchester airport. As always staff at reception friendly and helpful. Room recently refurbished - very nice. Breakfast in the Premier Inn was very good. The restaurant next door was excellent for our evening meal. Highly recommend this Premier Inn.

Well situated budget hotel in good location on quiet mainly industrial estate with restaurant next door

A good stay at this popular premiere inn. It has been recently refurbished to a high standard. Everything you expect from the brand is offered. We breakfasted over the road At Sainsbury’s as we find the option expensive in the hotel, would recommend the Walton Fox next door for drinks and a warm welcome. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

At the time of our visit the hotel was finishing off a refurbishment program. It did not really effect us as we stayed over the Easter holiday when the builders were not working. On the Tuesday morning, when we were leaving, the builders were in, completing work on the ground floor. The noise of their activities was noticeable on the third floor where we were, but as we were up anyway, it didn't really matter. Had we wanted a quiet lie in, it would have been a different matter. We were warned at the time of booking and just before our visit that this work would be going on, so there was no grounds for complaining. Also, the Premier Plus room we booked was on the top floor which had already been refurbished. The room was amazing: so fresh, clean and modern. The bed was so comfortable and big enough to get lost in. The location was very quiet and had several places to eat out in close proximity. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and you could have as much as you wanted for a fixed price. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure I got the free access to their Ultimate WiFi, despite some IT problems they were having. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely fresh clean rooms and well serviced daily by the cleaner Kerry.breakfast was also lovely with plenty to choose from ,all staff were friendly will definitely recommend staying here and look forward to my next stay in the future. A***
