first point to summarize what is coming: THE PRICE IS NOT WORTH - IT ISN´T A 3 STAR HOTEL!!!!!! - check in was totally unprofessional and messy: the receptionist didn´t welcome or greet us at all. We felt immediately in the wrong place. Furthermore, the receptionist was poor in her personal hygiene and professional presentation and wanted clearly to end the check in process as quick as possible. She even tried to do the check-in to both us and another couple who was waiting behind us. Never experienced a treatment like this before, not even in 1 or 2 stars hotels. - the location of the hotel is really ugly, ghetto, and not central at all - breakfast very poor and shabby. Not even possible to get a cappucino: they don´t have it (3 stars?!) The food looked very discount like and sad. - the entire builiding looks like an old, sad hospital - all the staff looked totally unmotivated - the Wifi didn´t work in our room and when we asked for assistance we didn´t even get an expression of apology for that. Simply "it is that way". - the check out was again very dry: again the feeling that the staff doesn´t care at all about their clients - price: for the price we paid we expected a total different kind of experience, overall. We felt really scammed and robbed, it was hard to pay that. To make the situation even worse: we noticed on Booking there are much more central hotels, better rated, costing more or less the same. Very bad! - ADVICE FOR THE MANAGEMENT: don´t put 3 stars, the hotel is 1 or 2 stars. Lower the price. So the clients won´t feel scammed for what they get in the end.
