One of pathetic experience of my travel, very poor response from the staff and carelessness seen while check in. I have booked a corporate travel from my Traveldesk where the confirmation voucher has been received but hotel staff denied for check in by saying we can put you in without payment. No idea what kind of tie up they have with Travel Partner. I waited almost 1 hr to get my checkin done. The behaviour of the Duty ***ager and Reservation desk was not appropriate for guest travelling to stay. This is first hotel I have seen with this pathetic service. Recommended Not to book this hotel, there are lots of better options available in Agra.

Not sure how this has been awarded a 5 star rating. The food leaves a lot to be desired very Limited for delicate palates. Pool and food o bar good. The rest Of the hotel very Impersonal given the choice I wouldn’t return to this one at all. Agra done ✔️

Great place with a very courteous staff. House keeping was excellent and special callout for Vishvender Yadav who went out of the way to provide a great room experience thru timely room cleaning and other amenities. A shoutout for Naveen as well who took care of us in the dinning area.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable Breakfast spread was okay. Location was very close to the Taj Mahal. Hotel entrance is beautiful! Love the two elephants at the entrance. Hotel decor and ambience is beautiful. Service was good.

The experience with Ramada Hotel Agra is excellent. Our host at Mr. Umesh Sharma is give us good hospitality. All the facilities are superb. We enjoyed spa and sohna and steam bath all three day stay. My daughter enjoyed the swimming pool. Must visit again.

Nice hotel . Very helpful staffs . We loved their breakfast. Need to thank Mr. Umesh Sharma who searched us well . Thank you Mr. Umesh . In a big crowd giving personal attention to who ever needed was done by their staffs pretty well The rooms were clean and good . We can strongly recommend this property.

Great hotel, very welcoming staff. Mr. Umesh Sharma really helped us a lot throughout our stay here. He made us feel like home and recommended great places to visit around the city. Spa services and food is great too. Highly recommend this property.

We stayed 1 night as part of a tour of India. It was ok, we could hear people in next room talking, so walls were thin. We had problem with hair on bed, in a clean towel and plastic on floor, which we reported and was corrected. Both housekeeper and the overall head of housekeeping came to apologise. Good view of Taj in distance and greenery around us. Very tired looking hotel and room.

Good 4 star hotel. Excellent food and lovely staff. Room was fine but no balcony. View of the Taj Mahal in the far far distance from our room was a surprise as was the rural scene of potato pickers in the field below. Pool cold and uninviting. Generally an ok place to stay fo one night
