There is a big communication gap between the staff and the manager. The manager or higher authority was not available during our stay. After requesting Swaminarayan food in advance it was never ready. There is no one to listen your problem.

Great property and fri staff. Had an amazing experience with friends. Must visit and great for weekend getaway. Beautiful view and amazing services. Food was also of great quality. Enjoy with friends and family😀

Nice property, we stayed there in last week with friends, and I must say it is the finest nature resort in palanpur with a most hospitable staff. Food was really good, enjoy alot at pool area with evening snacks, had a wonderful time at ARAVALI TRAILS.

Excellent hospitality! Staff was very cooperative, served delicious food, Rooms were spacious and also neat & clean. Soothing ambience. View like heaven in monsoon. Interiors of the Villa are designed keeping in mind the tribal-art and gives it a nice rustic charm. Resort is landscaped beautifully with ample lawns and shady trees and a huge swimming pool with a separate kids'-pool. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasant stay and hospitality was on point☺️ Being in the lap of Aravalli mountain range, this resort provides you with breath-taking views of mountains😍 Awesome location🤩 Very delicious food😋 Beautiful ambience😇 Service was extremely good 👍 The staff is really supportive and helpful. Neat and clean pool💙 View like heaven in monsoon. It was a great experience overall... must visit this place. Thank You Araawali team for a unique experience...

Had a super experience with family. The resort is so beautiful..with separate cottages ***** with personal open rooftop.and also arrange early morning breakfast on rooftop. Awesome mountain View. The food here is super tasty & the staff is so courteous & humble. The owner & manager is also very co operative..!! We had awesome time here, infact extended out stay for a day. The horses here are a bonus. Spotted so many peacocks roaming freely around. This resort is simply apt for a nature lover.

Staff nd manager were very nice..food was good ..the place was surrounded by mountains ..they need to improve staying rooms...electricity cut-off problem..horse riding is a good experience..network issue so wifi should be included
