Warm welcome and catered for my early morning exit due to my work commitments - a delicious full English waiting for me to arrive from my room the following morning. Spacious room and comfortable bed. All in all pleasant stay and would definitely recommend.

Comfortable, spotlessly clean, well appointed room. Excellent shower room with piping hot water. In addition to tea and coffee making facilities, lovely touches with quality mini shower gel and cotton wool pads. Good quality towels. Great location and charming and welcoming owners .

This was an ideal spot for our visit to Banbury to meet up with our daughter who lives there. Despite a busy road outside we did not notice traffic at night so we slept well and enjoyed a lovely breakfast. The owners Julie and Ayman could not have been more helpful providing us with a map of the local area and asking if we had any dietary requirements. It made a pleasant change from a large hotel. There was ample parking although we chose to travel there from London by train and walk to the guest house. We will certainly use Ashlea Guest House again.

We really enjoyed our one night stay and would definitely like to stay again. The owners are extremely friendly, very clean and comfortable room and an excellent breakfast with plenty to choose from. The location of the guest house was perfect for us as we attended a family party at The Cricket Club, Bodicote and the owners were very accommodating and gave us a key so we could let ourselves in after midnight.

Really enjoyed my stay, the hosts were superb 👌 I've stayed here before and will continue coming back !!. I really recommend coming here. The Beds are really comfy and relaxing, making an amazing night sleep. Breakfast came hot and delicious as always 😋 great service

Very convenient centrally located B and B, large enough for our party of 7 with ample parking. The rooms were clean and warm and the breakfast was good. Julie kept bringing us fresh coffee which was much appreciated. Thank you Ayman and Julie. :)

An excellent find so close to town centre ! Staff were very welcoming and allowed to park early as check in was 2pm ! Rooms were very clean and in excellent condition Everything was in the room in case you forgot anything shops close by also though Price very reasonable ! Definitely stay again

Excellent Accommodation. All spotlessly clean. Fully equipped. Very comfy bed, Great breakfast. Julia and Ayman are very welcoming, helpful hosts.Plenty of parking. Very quiet . Close to the interesting town of Banbury, If we return to Banbury. Ashlea will be top of our list.

Really lovely guesthouse. Free parking and warm welcome on arrival. Room clean and warm with nice big comfortable bed and a generously sized ensuite. In the morning super tasty breakfast however you like it, 10 minute walk into town. All round excellent value. Would stay again.
