Great location for us as we were planning to visit ioi city mall Putrajaya, 5mins drive (when no traffic jam).
Communication between the support team and customers can be improved. It was our first time going to a place without a concierge and it was a little frustrating when they assume we know the procedures. I had to call them 2 times cause they don’t reply promptly. All these could be avoided if told me the procedures of checking in during the call or write it clearly on the listing of trip.com/etc.
In fact, let me help with the process for whoever that is reading this. You need to wait for the support team to add you into a group chat. Which they did at after a few calls, added me into the chat at 1.18pm before the check in at 3pm. I didn’t reply as I was driving towards the accommodation. Besides that, support team could have easily told me to look out for a group chat but she didn’t. The place is self check in and needed RM100 as deposit.
We stayed 3 days 2 nights at unit 12-12A. The self check in process is clear and quite easy after they send me the documents for checking in via the group chat.
Well the accommodation isn’t 5 stars (as expected looking at the price range). I would say 2.5 stars at max. Toilet smells of the drainage, toilet sink was loose, had a big crack and felt like it would drop down onto the ground any time. The sink at the mini kitchen makes a wheezing noise from time to time when there’s a change in water pressure. Happens when we turn on the taps in the toilet or when people from other units turn on their taps.
Cleaning personnel forgotten to clear the fridge, a whole packet of nasi Pattaya was left in the fridge. There were two fans and the fan that’s nearest to the main door makes a clicking sound from time to time when it’s turned on at low speed, not sure why, so loud that it disturbed my sleep at night.
Wifi started to not work on the day of check out at 9.48am. I messaged them and the reply was prompt “Hi let me check on this issue” but nothing was done until check out at 12pm.
Other than that the bed and everything else was pretty okay. Aircon was cold, shower water pressure was good, air freshener made the place smell good when I enter the unit.
What I did not enjoy was the support team using money in exchange of star rating. A 5 star review for 5rm rebate. Please see photo. This is not the way to do things. Especially when it comes to managing people’s expectations. Also they took longer than promised to return my deposit. They only did after I prompt them for the return on the 4th working day. Well this is the end of my very honest review. Hope they improve and do things differently.
