Overall, my stay at the hotel was satisfactory. The facilities and services provided were generally good, but there were a few areas of concern. The room size was quite small and cleanliness still can be improved as I notice quite a lot of clothes moth larvae on the ceiling. The location is very strategic, walking distance to eateries and less than 10 mins away from IOI City Mall. Customer service is amazing. Would still come back if I have business in Putrajaya.

The customer service was acceptable, although there were no exceptional experiences to highlight. Staff members were polite and responsive to inquiries, but there was room for improvement in terms of attentiveness.
Unfortunately, the breakfast offered at the hotel was disappointing. The food was hard and not served at an appropriate temperature, which affected the dining experience negatively.
In summary, while the hotel provided a generally good stay, there are areas such as room size and breakfast quality that could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience.

The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, and the location of the hotel is also good. There is a convenience store opposite, so it is very convenient to buy anything. The slippers in the hotel are so cute. It’s the first time I’ve seen cotton slippers with angled corners.

Nothing much to tell. Seen from review got fruit after check in. Got slipper inside. I don’t get those also there’s no toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Need to improve more for that price. Overall still good place if you just wanna sleep.
