The hotel provides free shuttle pick up to and from the airport. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the airport from the hotel. The breakfast was standard, nothing special but it is still okay for breakfast. The staffs are nice to us, polite and friendly, however the driver who pick us up makes us pray more, we felt like we were inside Fast and Furious movie. The room is big and clean.. And they need to add more light, kinda bit dark.. however, it’s a best choice if you have a transit in Brunei.

Thanks for the cozy service, and airport pick up and drop off is very considerate. close to many scenic spots. Breakfast is pretty good.

was a pleasant experienced, buffet breakfast was abit ok to start your day! nearby attractions are Omar Mosque & Hasanni Bolkiah Mosque. the best part is that FREE shuttle bus for airport pick up & hotel drop off. very responsive😊

Book for working partner and ourselves for short trip in Brunei. Hotel provides airport transfers and it's convenient to eateries and town centre.

I was delighted by how friendly all the staff were, starting with Hafiz who was my airport pick up driver, and the communicativeness of Darren, the sales manager who helped book two tours for me.
My room was spacious and even though the hotel is by a busy road, I didn't notice the traffic noise much. The location is nice: there are ATMs and three supermarkets nearby, plus many restaurants. The Jubli Park is a ten-minute walk away across a nice pedestrian bridge, and the other direction will take you to the north bank of Kampong Ayer - again, just a ten-minute walk from the hotel.
Breakfast was fine, with some variety from day to day.

Not a bad hotel for a night or two. Location is okay but the hotel really needs to improve on cleanliness and providing amenities. I had ants in my room and no slippers. However, the street is very nice.

Spacious clean room with good tv channel.. small pool at level 2.. the hotel is closed to a supermarket and other eateries.. also at close proximity to other BSB landmarks such as Istana Nurul Iman and Omar Ali Saifuddin Mosque.. a very great stay at the hotel..
