The Brunei Hotel

The staff in the hotel is incredibly kind, efficient and always ready to help you witj a smile. The hotel is quite nice and new, the location in the city center is excellent to walk to places, and the price is totally reasonable.

Checked into a room with snacks on the floor, not swept or cleaned. Even then, I did not request for a new room because I’m only staying a night. On my way out, I told the front desk to remind house keeping to clean it for me and showed him a photo. And yet when I returned to my room later in the evening, the floors were still dirty.

A beautiful and clean hotel in central Bandar, with loads of small restaurants and cafes around. Staff were amazing! Breakfast was great as well and changed every day. Would definitely stay there again!

The location is just perfect, you can walk around the city center, get some food, coffee and sightseeing. The room is cosy and nice, only one bad thing- the air conditioner blew right to the bed and I woke up very sick

The hotel is located right in the middle of town, which makes it very convenient, especially when looking for places to eat. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel itself has a very luxurious and beautiful feel. From the moment you step into the hotel, you can immediately feel the elegance of the place. The breakfast selection was not overly extensive, but the choices seemed carefully selected and the food was good. It would be even better if more Bruneian local dishes could be included at breakfast, especially for visitors who would like to experience more of the local cuisine. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. On one occasion, we returned to the hotel at around 5.00 pm and found that our room had not yet been made up. We informed the reception, and they responded immediately by sending two staff members to attend to the room. We really appreciated how quickly and professionally they handled the matter. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back to this hotel again. Highly recommended.

Great stay. 3-star hotel but with a 4-star vibe. Room is quite comfortable, and spacious with a fresh smell throughout.

Location is at city center & next to Chinese Temple. At night time, it seems quiet also. Hotel looks great however the bed not so comfortable (too hard) - was not able to sleep well. Overall room is OK merely the bed. Stayed here twice for my business trip & can walk around near city at night safely.

Everything was perfect with our stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the location of the hotel in the center of the city was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and the service staffs are polite and friendly
