A very beautiful hotel with carefully renovated rooms and new tastefully decorated bath rooms. Visiting the place during winter months we were happy about the heated mattress in our bed, and in the cosy restaurant dinner was served in the warmth and light of an open fire. Located in the town's central walking street, the hotel offers a lively atmosphere on its front side combined with a peaceful valley- and-mountain-view on its back side.

Outstanding historic building and location. Lovely staff. Great food. Rooms are beautiful and the views breathtaking. Calm and peaceful. This place was an absolute delight. Highly recommend. Plumbing and hot water work. Enough home comforts to feel at home but simple enough to feel authentic.

We had intended to stay only one night in Bandipur but once we saw the village & the Old Inn decided to extend our stay. No, the Old Inn is not a luxury stay but it is peaceful and authentic as well as probably the best place in town. The nights were chilly when we were there but our electric blanket warmed us up. The hot water was unreliable. But the views were great and the breakfast - with yoghurt, granola, excellent coffee, fabulous fresh squeezed Nepali orange juice, eggs etc - 110%. The rooms are dark because of the shutters but this adds to the atmosphere of the place. So long as you aren’t expecting western luxury this hotel is very serviceable.

We had a 3 night stay which helped break our journey between Kathmandu and Pokhara. The village itself is beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing after the big city. As you see from the pictures, the views from either side of the village are spectacular. Staying in the hotel feels like stepping back in time (in a good way!) It has been restored beautifully, and you can really imagine what life would have been like. This isn't a 5 star luxury hotel and all the better for it. Food is excellent (best in the village), the staff are very helpful and friendly, the atmosphere is very special and you can spend hours and hours taking in the ever changing views. The entire experience was wonderful. I also think what Bandipur have done to protect their village is a lesson for many places to learn from.

It’s a romantic Old Inn beautifully renovated and retaining old features such as low beams. Breakfast and dinner were good! The terrace is lovely with great vistas. Bedrooms are lovely, mine overlooked the main square, beds and shower are great. I liked everything about it except the temperature (rooms have no glass windows, only shutters) and bathroom lighting. WiFi is a bit erratic due to regular short power cuts, worked ok on the ground floor but not in my room. Still, it‘s probably the best hotel in Bandipur which is a wonderful place to hike and see village life! I recommend!

The Old Inn is a charming heritage stay in a charming town. It was an idyllic hotel with an incredible view of the mountains. The food was delicious, the staff were lovely and accomodating, and the room itself was great. We can’t speak more highly of the Old Inn - highly recommend!

It was a beating old building with very comfortable and cozy rooms. The view was spectacular and the location was perfect, right in the town center. The staff were also incredibly nice and helpful. The food for dinner and breakfast was also delicious! With the combination of the great view, food, and accommodation we cannot recommend the Old Inn enough.

Had an amazing solo stay at Oldinn Hotel. Top-notch service from a friendly staff, delicious food, and stunning views. The room was cozy and well-appointed. The solo experience was just what I needed – a perfect blend of comfort and tranquility. Highly recommend Oldinn for a memorable getaway.

The atmosphere is very good, friendly staffs, beds are comfortable. The only drawback is rooms have very little light and with dogs barking in the neighbourhood makes difficult to get a good night sleep.
