Come to Bandung by train for first time. Interesting trip despite low speed. Choosing Ibis hotel as it located near meeting place, hotel is clean and comfortable although it is small. Breakfast is always crowded but variaties is good.

Overall our stay was good. The family really enjoyed it and the fact that it rain the whole weekend didn't ruin our trip as we spent most of our time in the mall and at tran studio.
Best high light was the kiddy pool.

Located with direct access to Trans mall.
Service was very fast and friendly.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The city view from the room is also nice.
Suggestion to put an extra dispenser in the hallway, to make the guests who stay in the building's corner not to walk too far when thirsty...
Very recommended anyway...

I asked for non-smoking room but turned out to be waiting for 2 hr after check-in
No drinking water provided but can take from hallway
Towel was dirty as well as sofa
Too crowded and wait for elevator more than 10 min
