Rooms are clean, but most of the things are old. 1st room has broken bathroom door and cupboard. Moved to 2nd room ani’s that had ac issues. Breakfast options are also less.

The location is the only best part of the hotel and it is well next to nallurhalli metro station. The hotel is not worth paying rs 2500/day. The bathroom fittings are all broken. All of the bathroom fittings are broken. It was infested by insects. They collect extra money beyond the money that you pay for the booking to provide you one double bed if not for two single beds bathroom is not clean. Stained commodes. Room was not changed despite requesting. Breakfast is complimentary and they don't have enough cutlery and have only 5 bowls. They will restrict you from using a bowl for sambar if you want to take it. It is strictly only for kelloggs

Very excellent hotel. Location is close to it hub. Food was good and staff were very cordial. Ideal for all group of people.

My stay with the hotel is very poor to explain. Refrigerator is in the room, but not working, geyser not working, water tap and shower not working, calling bell not working. Even though i complained at the reception nothing happended, after room service person visited the room and assured to replace the fridge, but till the checkout time at the next day nothing happended.

Roach infested. Broken doors and tap. Noise of drilling at morning and the smell of pesticide while leaving to work ruined my stay.

Ac wasn't working. Food was not good. Room was clean but lacked hot water. No shaving kit was provided. Limited complimentary water, extra charges for above two bottles

Rooms are okay but shower was not working. The water was soapy and the bathroom floor was sticky even after cleaning by the regular house keeping. They don't have bar. They don't have simple food items like eggs, cheese, peanuts, boiled chana, papad, etc. They don't have tandoor, nor any grilled items. The morning tea ordered in room was never hot in my 3 n. 2d stay. It was disappointing n disheartening.

The hotel was good. The staff is friendly and food is good. The hotel is at a decent location with good connectivity across the city.
