The Silver Chimes Suites

The room is clean and big but the decoration is not good. The charging point is an odd position ( behind the bed, ac didn't work properly because as room size, ac is small 1ton on every room's. There is no kuchen facility, all food has to be taken from outside and complimentary food is also not too good ( only serve dhosa and bread)

No problem in check in. Good specious room with toiletries for daily use. Morning breakfast should start by 7:00am.

Rooms were good and clean. There is no parking inside the property. We have to park the vehicle outside on the roads. There is no person in reception or in the security after 12 midnight till morning 6 am. We have to call to a particular number but no response. Breakfast is horrible. The staff hospitality is very poor and we have to get things by ourselves even for drinking water. No helping tendency of the staff.

Good ambience and helpful staff. Rooms where clean. Good location for us. Guest had asked for dinner and it was provided.

The hotel rooms were big. But the room service was terrible. No one cleaned the rooms for 2 days despite multiple calls. They were under staffed. The bathroom's exhaust fan didn't work.

My stay at silver chimes was quite pleasant, the check in was smooth and the rooms were quite spacious and clean. Highly recommend

Pros- Well kept and clean to the dot. Spacious and well lit rooms. Well behaved staff. Well prepared food to order. Cons- felt a bit understaffed (but they did their best to cover for it). Suggestions - to add breakfast buffet, gym and laundry facilities if possible.
