I really appreciate the kind and welcoming gesture of all the staff during my stay. They were very helpful and professional in all their work and also the rooms were very much neat and comfy. It was a great pleasure staying at vera by bisque, the rooms are good, location is great, service is nice, people are friendly, breakfast spread is good enough to keep you going till your next meal. All I can say is Vera by bisque, hebbal made my life easier for the entire stay duration. I recommend it 👌

Very helpful and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accommodations. Highly recommendable hotel. The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and tidy. It is also couple and family friendly. Will visit again

The interiors are gorgeous and the staff is too friendly . Everything is perfect. The food that they give is tasty and in sufficient amount. The rooms are big size with all sufficient amenities . Keep up the good work. Its good place to stay for business and leisure both.

It’s was not clean even there was no water .smoking smell all over food was not hygiene small insects are all around food .

The hotel stay experience this time was not so good. The restaurant was not operating fully and the complimentary breakfast buffet was not good. The ac was not working in the room first allotted to us. If i compare my first stay at this hotel about a year ago and now there is a significant difference. The good part was the manager and the staff were trying their best to provide the best experience however the infrastructure wasn't supporting. The management should step up to support and build the right infrastructure to retain old clients.

This hotel located in good location but the staff was very new and lot of issues i found with service. There are issues with acs, there was no proper breakfast served on time. Lot of other customers also yelling to reception for untidy rooms and no water in bathroom etc.
