Location of the hotel is good. But the staffs are unprofessional and their work ethics are not customer friendly.
The rooms are not maintained as per the standard. Bedsheets and pillow covers had hairs and stains.But housekeeping staff were helpful enough to attend our issues. Lights were not working, issue was resolved after an engineer attended it.
Small and congested washroom to accommodate the balcony I guess.
Breakfast spread was satisfactory, again the staff were not customer friendly. There were no hand sanitizer kept on the tables. There were quite a few guest using the buffet spread with their bare hands.
The lift/ elevator had a very foul smell most of the time.
Overall not a comfortable stay. The only thing premium about this property is the brand name Hilton. It's nowhere close to the Hilton standards I have experienced in past.

It was always great experience visiting in Double suites by Hilton. High quality food and great room services. Breakfast Team have provided the great services specially by ***l, ***ish who always being a key person going on every customer and making sure to meet there requirements.

We had visited the resturant here.. we ordered a la carte... very tasty food...Excellent service by Mr.Monish... nice ambience.. decent options for veg.. we would definitely visit this place again...................................

Perfect location with a lot of tech parks and restaurants nearby. Venkat and T***n from housekeeping had been kind throughout my visit. Their in-house cab services are helpful too. The rooftop restaurant has an amazing sunset view. Would totally recommend.

I was very happy with my stay at Hilton, especially with my room service staff Mr. Joy. He was really a great help during the stay so a special mention to him. Overall my experience was really great for a stay of 2 weeks. Anyone looking for a brief stay can really consider this hotel.

We came to Doubletree by Hilton for our Workcation.. We had Great experience during our stay.. they took extra care for our Lil one understanding her need.. Great Ambiance, Good food, good people and best service. Special thanks to Chandani, Alok, Deepa, Roseline and Nicki for making sure we are served with great experience all together at Hilton.. Thank you for the exceptional service from the hotel staff during my stay at Hilton. Everyone was incredibly attentive, professional, and friendly, making our experience truly memorable. DB Tree Suites Bengaluru is our goto hotel if we are in Whitefield area. I stayed at the Hilton in lieu of a personal trip that required access to my family. I appreciate the staff , the courteous staff who welcomed me and made my stay pleasant. The front desk, the guest relations, restaurant ***ager, chefs, attendants, house keeping and security and ***y more were all friendly kind and very pleasant to me to accommodate requests and make it a pleasurable stay. Special call out to ***l who went over and above with chef Madhayan to customize meals, accommodate my dietery needs and try and make things happen. The smile and warmth shown by them and the staff was really positive and overall a wonderful experience. Thank you.
