To był mój pierwszy raz w Indiach i bardzo dobrze spędziłem tu czas. Obsługa hotelu była bardzo pomocna na każdym kroku i spełniała każdą prośbę. Szczególnie chciałbym podziękować Panu Anirban, który pomógł mi z konfiguracją internetu oraz na moją prośbę sprawdził ważne dla mnie informację na lotnisku. Wszystkiego osoby w recepcji również były bardzo miłe i pomocne. Tak samo obsługa w restauracji, która pomagała wybrać lokalne jedzenie. Wszystko co zamówiłem było pyszne. Dodatkowo w hotelu jest bardzo fajny basen z którego chętnie korzystałem. Pozdrawiam całą załogę hotelu. Chętnie tu wrócę.

Grand Mercure Bangalore is tucked in a beautiful location, Kora***gala offering a great amalgamation of leisure and business hotels. Stayed in this property for two nights with family - my heart goes out to the entire team of the hotel but specifically who stood out are, Ms. Akansha and Mr. Mohnish from the Front Office department, Mr. Rahul from the Housekeeping department (he prepared the guestroom beautifully with his tower art), Mr. Sujith from the in-room dining time and lastly Chef Vikas and his tremendous team of culinary and food & beverage together. Thank you to all and looking forward to staying again soon!

The friendliest, most caring, professional staff - from front-desk and porters to kitchen and room staff, all our needs were attended to without any fuss. Spacious room with a view with peaceful vibe for work, and we made good use of the pool facilities.

Fantastic place, perfect for business trips where one seeks efficiency with comfort and excellent service with a personal touch. The culture of caring for guests is very strong and a highpoint amongst several other upsides such as a lounge library, 007 room, swimming pool. Must mention the admirable support provided by the team lead by Monish 😊👍Special mention of Chef Vilas for the unexpected delicious sabudana vada and khichdi :)) and Deepshikha for her prompt and proactive support.

A lovely hotel. I stayed for three weeks on business and enjoyed it. The staff are very pleasant, especially at the Veran*** restaurant where I had breakfast almost every day and dinner once. Room service was also very good. The room was very spacious and clean, the pool was nice, and I also had a massage at the Tattva Spa which was excellent.

Stay at Grand Mercure is so nice we love the location. Staff was so polite food was nice i definitely prefer to come again I want to specially mention for chefs and Pradu***, Tulika and aakhanshya these guys are so polite. I’ll prefer this hotel again

Good cozy hotel. Thank you to Mohnish & team for pleasant welcome and upgrade. All teams were responsive. Food was nice and Chef Sonu went out of the way to make home food. Compliments to the team and keep smiling. Only feedback last evening turn down service was not done despite informing Front office
