To był mój pierwszy raz w Indiach i bardzo dobrze spędziłem tu czas. Obsługa hotelu była bardzo pomocna na każdym kroku i spełniała każdą prośbę. Szczególnie chciałbym podziękować Panu Anirban, który pomógł mi z konfiguracją internetu oraz na moją prośbę sprawdził ważne dla mnie informację na lotnisku. Wszystkiego osoby w recepcji również były bardzo miłe i pomocne. Tak samo obsługa w restauracji, która pomagała wybrać lokalne jedzenie. Wszystko co zamówiłem było pyszne. Dodatkowo w hotelu jest bardzo fajny basen z którego chętnie korzystałem. Pozdrawiam całą załogę hotelu. Chętnie tu wrócę.

Grand Mercure Bangalore is tucked in a beautiful location, Koramangala offering a great amalgamation of leisure and business hotels. Stayed in this property for two nights with family - my heart goes out to the entire team of the hotel but specifically who stood out are, Ms. Akansha and Mr. Mohnish from the Front Office department, Mr. Rahul from the Housekeeping department (he prepared the guestroom beautifully with his tower art), Mr. Sujith from the in-room dining time and lastly Chef Vikas and his tremendous team of culinary and food & beverage together. Thank you to all and looking forward to staying again soon!

Everything was according to standard and more. From room conditions to customer service everything was A1 from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. And the customer service, especially by Avinesh, was spectacular and heartwarming

The room is clean & cozy. Old but gold. The dining room with tasty breakfast and employee is helpful alot. The receptionist is very kind, helpful. He helped me book cab via uber everymorning for whole week. Thank you mr Praduman. Good bye and see you next time.

I had a great experience in this hotel. Reception services, room service, housekeeping all are excellent. The staff is very cordial and responsive. This hotel is perfect for business and family trip. The buffet spread is also great. Go for it.

Had great fulfilling celebration of our 1sy anniversary at Grand Mercure Koramangala. Staff is above notch Courteous and goes well beyond call of duty to add delight to your stay. We found the room with bed decoration and complementary cake. In dining - Verandah. Served by exceptional gentleman Mr. Abhishek - who was a delight to have a conversation with. And gave us impeccable suggestions on food order. Which was savoury. Easy 5 stars.
