Nice hotel with very friendly staff who looked after me very well. The food in the restaurant the veranda was excellent. I used the gym which was well equipped and the swimming pool is a good size. I'd visit again and recommend it to a friend for sure.

Our 2 day stay at the Grand Mercure Bangalore has been a spectacular experience with amazing service, spotless premises, spacious and well kept rooms well stocked and fully equipped.. The restaurant is also quite amazing. We tried Indian, Chinese and Italian and each form of cuisine was cooked to perfection. A special shout out to Mr Arpeet for his hospitality and impeccable service. Would strongly recommend this place !!!

Grand Mercure Bangalore is tucked in a beautiful location, Koramangala offering a great amalgamation of leisure and business hotels. Stayed in this property for two nights with family - my heart goes out to the entire team of the hotel but specifically who stood out are, Ms. Akansha and Mr. Mohnish from the Front Office department, Mr. Rahul from the Housekeeping department (he prepared the guestroom beautifully with his tower art), Mr. Sujith from the in-room dining time and lastly Chef Vikas and his tremendous team of culinary and food & beverage together. Thank you to all and looking forward to staying again soon!

The Grand Mercure staff are some of the kindest and considerate housekeeping staff I have met! They are always very attentive. My roommate and I fell sick during our travels and they promptly brought the doctor to us. When we had some spills in the kitchen, they very throughly cleaned everything. At breakfast, they always remembered my order and were very attentive. They were also extremely polite and always wished my colleagues and me a good day. The cleaning is also top-notch. The beds were always made very neatly. Even the couch was super comfortable! The housekeeping staff even noticed that I liked sleep in on the couch sometimes and kindly left me blankets for the couch too. The kitchen is also super useful and they provide pots and pans for usage with the induction stove. Overall a 6/5 stars if I could give it! Special thanks to Rukkumani, Nikhil, Manju and Ibrahim! Your wonderful help is much appreciated :)

Amazing staff , really enjoyed the stay , it was absolutely the best , even the location is amazing , the housekeeping is also very nice , the food is also amazing would highly recommend everyone who wants to be in city and have a luxurious stay to come here

It was my first visit to the Grand Mercure, and I was amazed by the food quality and attention to detail. The chefs are excellent, personally coming to the table to address our allergens. They were very flexible with our orders and took care of all our special requirements. Thank you for accommodating our special food needs.
