I am writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at Grand Mercure hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and the high standard of service provided by staff. The room was immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job, ensuring the room was always clean and well-stocked with amenities. Thanks Binto and Tulika for your kind help for allowing me late check-out.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff who looked after me very well. The food in the restaurant the veranda was excellent. I used the gym which was well equipped and the swimming pool is a good size. I'd visit again and recommend it to a friend for sure.

Our 2 day stay at the Grand Mercure Bangalore has been a spectacular experience with amazing service, spotless premises, spacious and well kept rooms well stocked and fully equipped.. The restaurant is also quite amazing. We tried Indian, Chinese and Italian and each form of cuisine was cooked to perfection. A special shout out to Mr Arpeet for his hospitality and impeccable service. Would strongly recommend this place !!!

Grand Mercure Bangalore is tucked in a beautiful location, Koramangala offering a great amalgamation of leisure and business hotels. Stayed in this property for two nights with family - my heart goes out to the entire team of the hotel but specifically who stood out are, Ms. Akansha and Mr. Mohnish from the Front Office department, Mr. Rahul from the Housekeeping department (he prepared the guestroom beautifully with his tower art), Mr. Sujith from the in-room dining time and lastly Chef Vikas and his tremendous team of culinary and food & beverage together. Thank you to all and looking forward to staying again soon!

We stayed here for the past 2 months at a grand Mercure in a two room suite. We felt not cramped but the best in their perfect suite with small functional kitchen, balcony, and two bathrooms. The staffs went beyond to help during our stay. The housekeeping boys and girls would come in and know our routine’s requirements to the point. They cared for our privacy and hygiene. Cheers to Sudipto, who took the utmost care of us mostly. I would never forget the wonderful dishes grand mercure presented everyday at breakfast and dinner buffet! We ate here for a continuous 2 months and we were never uncomfortable. The wonderful ambience, the staffs integrity, generosity, and definitely chefs specials made our food time the best! Loved the new recipes of eggplant pickles, bhindi pickles, murabbas. Thanks to the team. Arpit, Shubham, Xavier, Zoye, and all other working hard to bring more joy to our plates! Cheers to you! We stayed here for a night. The best things about this hotel are - room and food. Hospitality was top-notch and weather was great. I would specially want to thank Mr Suraj for making our stay enjoyable. Swimming pool was also fun with clean water.
