To był mój pierwszy raz w Indiach i bardzo dobrze spędziłem tu czas. Obsługa hotelu była bardzo pomocna na każdym kroku i spełniała każdą prośbę. Szczególnie chciałbym podziękować Panu Anirban, który pomógł mi z konfiguracją internetu oraz na moją prośbę sprawdził ważne dla mnie informację na lotnisku. Wszystkiego osoby w recepcji również były bardzo miłe i pomocne. Tak samo obsługa w restauracji, która pomagała wybrać lokalne jedzenie. Wszystko co zamówiłem było pyszne. Dodatkowo w hotelu jest bardzo fajny basen z którego chętnie korzystałem. Pozdrawiam całą załogę hotelu. Chętnie tu wrócę.

Grand Mercure Bangalore is tucked in a beautiful location, Kora***gala offering a great amalgamation of leisure and business hotels. Stayed in this property for two nights with family - my heart goes out to the entire team of the hotel but specifically who stood out are, Ms. Akansha and Mr. Mohnish from the Front Office depar**ent, Mr. Rahul from the Housekeeping depar**ent (he prepared the guestroom beautifully with his tower art), Mr. Sujith from the in-room dining time and lastly Chef Vikas and his tremendous team of culinary and food & beverage together. Thank you to all and looking forward to staying again soon!

Just had a fantastic stay at The Grand Mercure Kora***gala. It's an epitome of amazing hospitality. The whole team is very warm and welcoming. Tulika at the front desk was very efficient. From check in to check out we had the perfect experience. Thank you Mohnish for going the extra mile and making our weekend just perfect! Looking forward to coming back to the hotel for another breather!

A most enjoyable and memorable stay! We were taken by surprise by the arrangements made in the room for my daughter's wedding anniversary especially the towel art on the bed and cake in the fridge. The spa experience was out of the world . The accor family looked after us as their own especially at the veran*** resto. We never had a dull moment. Thank you Accor.

Overall stay is good and amazing. Front desk staff Ravi was very helpful, followed up with Deepshikha who was prompt on her service to us and Pradha*** who helped us throughout our stay. Overall experience was really good. Thanks to everyone.

It was a wonderful experience to explore dining options at The Veran*** Nice ambience, peaceful and calm indoors and outdoors. Seating area. The staff is super friendly and cooperative. We had mostly vegetarian food and drinks. Which was good and delicious. Thanks to Chef Joseph and Restaurant ***ager Shubham for the lovey food.

One of the finest spa in banglore,had a relaxing massage thanks to tulika from front office for getting me a quick reservation for the spa,loved the services here everything is good.the massage followed by steam makes you refreshed and rejuvenated.wipl be coming back for sure to avail all the services,one again thanks to all the staffs for being so hospitalble.
