To był mój pierwszy raz w Indiach i bardzo dobrze spędziłem tu czas. Obsługa hotelu była bardzo pomocna na każdym kroku i spełniała każdą prośbę. Szczególnie chciałbym podziękować Panu Anirban, który pomógł mi z konfiguracją internetu oraz na moją prośbę sprawdził ważne dla mnie informację na lotnisku. Wszystkiego osoby w recepcji również były bardzo miłe i pomocne. Tak samo obsługa w restauracji, która pomagała wybrać lokalne jedzenie. Wszystko co zamówiłem było pyszne. Dodatkowo w hotelu jest bardzo fajny basen z którego chętnie korzystałem. Pozdrawiam całą załogę hotelu. Chętnie tu wrócę.

Grand Mercure Bangalore is tucked in a beautiful location, Kora***gala offering a great amalgamation of leisure and business hotels. Stayed in this property for two nights with family - my heart goes out to the entire team of the hotel but specifically who stood out are, Ms. Akansha and Mr. Mohnish from the Front Office depar**ent, Mr. Rahul from the Housekeeping depar**ent (he prepared the guestroom beautifully with his tower art), Mr. Sujith from the in-room dining time and lastly Chef Vikas and his tremendous team of culinary and food & beverage together. Thank you to all and looking forward to staying again soon!

Very good courteous service. All thru from check in, housekeeping , in room dining, check out. I was unwell and entire hotel was at their toes to support me. Was my birthday and the staff got me a nice bday surprise..lovely gesture. All activities were smooth

What a fantastic place to stay. The food is spectacular but what sets it out from the rest is the staff. I felt so welcome and looked after. Everyone knew my name. I want to give special thanks to Arpeet and Em***uel for being awesome hosts. I will always stay here going forward. Thank you Grand Mercure

The ambience is great. The amenities provided are wonderful. Looking forward to more such stays for my future Bangalore visits. The staffs at the reception, special shout to Deepshikha, Anirudha and Akanshya for their courteous behaviour.

It was a really nice stay here and we even used spa. We were greeted and given a room by Pradyu***. Overall it was a great experience.

Stay was comfortable. Thanks to Deeps for upgrading our room, and Amarinder, the ***agement trainee, for the smooth check in process. I would also like to thanks all the other staffs for making sure our stay was comfortable. Food was good, and the options were great.

This was my first experience of getting a spa trea**ent and it was a complete joy.Durki was my masseuse and she absolutely made the experience beyond enjoyable,she was sure to explain every step of the massage and was an absolute pleasure to spend 90 mins of pampering!!!I appreciate the staff communicating with me.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
