Hotel Paramos Inn

Too small a room, very noisy outside. That is how Bangalore is. Can’t blame hotel in particular. Staff in the hotel will get 5 stars , always there to please you.

Neat rooms, very nice location ( close to malathi ***ipal hospital, as I came for medical treatment), very courteous staff, very good food and most importantly, very reasonable price. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for the price I paid. Worth the penny.

I booked two rooms for family. Rooms were neat and clean. Staffs are really nice and helpful. Overall it's nice experience. Also, we left one item mistakenly while checking out. Staff members informed me and kept the item in hotel, till i picked up. Overall satisfying experience.

I had stayed for birthday celebration, I got wonderful decoratio for my birthday. Staff are very helpful. Special thanks to housekeeping team, on request for the room clean they have given their great job.

We stayed at Hotel Paramos Inn for 11 nights and we can't say enough great things about the customer service offered to us. The ***ager Leon Antony was super courteous, helpful and efficient from the time of enquiry even before the booking. He provided us with all the information and answered our questions over multiple emails without any pressure to book. Although this hotel is pretty small and the reception area is somewhat worn out in appearance, the location is fantastic ( right next to the Bangalore Central Mall and the 9th block market) and the rooms were super clean with comfortable beds and good storage with a neat decor. The bathroom was basic but clean and definitely served the purpose. The most impressive thing for us was the stellar customer service that was rendered not just by the ***ager but the staff as well. We would like to especially mention Mohan, an employee that seemed to be there day and night and served his guests with a smile. He helped us with an early check in even though he was unable to contact his ***ager and he helped us even use his personal phone since we did not have an India number. He went above and beyond when one night our son had a stomach bug and threw up in the room at 2:30 in the morning. When we called front desk desparate for help, He went straight to work to clean up the whole mess without a complaint and with so much grace, patience and understanding. He then proceeded to replace all our bed linen and then the next morning, Mohan and other staff completely disinfected the room so that when we returned, it was fresh like before. Early in the morning, Mohan and another staff member Krishna had shopped for tender coconuts on our request and we didn't even pay them for these until a couple days later. This was all Service and not money oriented at all. The staff was very hesitant to even accept our appreciation especially after this amazing help they offered us when we really needed it. Mohan even called back to check if we needed him to make a pharmacy run the next morning. The hotel offers great value but the service we got here is very rare to find. We will stay here again on our next trip and we recommend this place whole heartedly to anyone.

The hotel stay was comfortable check-in process simple staff helpful and friendly. The hotel restaurant was disappointing, did ask them for the best dish they recommend but wasn't really happy with the food served. Overall experience was ok, I do hope you improve the restaurant food for others.
