Great 4 star hotel in affordable rate..rooms are really big.
Check in check out process could be make easy and convenient..food was exceptionally good..

Excellent service receptionlist Sangeetha she s so much humble to communicate Food are awesome We r suggesting u to spend a day here..our kids enjoyed with swimming pool very clean n neat.... .............,.............. Will definitely suggest this to others

We enjoyed very well in the hotel they severed very good service they treated very respectfully we loved to stay there especially Mr. Bhavsinh Mr. Vikash Gupta front ***ager and Ms. Sangeetha Mr. Siddharth Ms. Jenice Sandra receptionist she was amazing to communicate and very friendly with her smiling face🥰 when ever we r coming to Bangalore we r planning to stay here🥰kids enjoyed with their swimming pool

The hotel is situated at the prime location, near to metro. Staff are very professional and helpful. Great hospitality. Thanks to Bhavsinh, Ramya and other staffs( receptionist, chef & serving staff)for a wonderful experience.great food and overall ambience.

Excellent service. Very clean , calm place to stay. Staffs are very helpful. Food is awesome specially the buffet options are amazing. Metro station is just infront and very easy to commute. I strongly recommend this place..............

Perfect place for your stay. Great amenities, right price point, food, hospitality, staff, rooms. You name it, they have it. Near to key business centers, less traffic which was a big plus. Will recommend it to surely plan your visit here once.

There is not one issue with this hotel but in numbers. 1. The reception has no A/C on for the entire day. 2. Breakfast is bad and stale. There are no good choice for items also. 3. Room A/C dont work properly. I had to change room to get some cool air. 4. The A/C in room also dont reach your bed its only in the passage of the room. 5. No hot water in bathroom and after the complain is raised they dont check with you if the issue is resolved or not. 6. When i asked for a extra duvet they provided a complete torn one and they wanted to hide it by putting a cover on it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They used to provide good service when they were with Fortune but now they are going from bad to worse.

It could be really good, but it isn't. The lobby and restaurant are soleless and lacking a**osphere. They have the same piano track on loop 24/7, and trust me, it will drive you crazy if you spend any time in there. The evening meal was okay. The breakfast not so good. The fresh omelette is nice, but every else is below par. It is also very warm and uncomfortable in the mornings. Check-in took so long it,was ridiculous. You pay on arrival and then pay for anything else on departure. When you are staying on business , it is really annoying to have to do this twice. We used the gym. It was okay for a hotel gym, but again, it was incredibly warm. The Pool isn't used much, but it looked okay. The room is comfortable. They are a bit tired and need updating, but overall, they are fine. However, when you arrive and you let yourself in to a hot room, it doesn't set a good first impression. To make this hotel good it would not take too much effort. 1st action - get rid of the piano track!!!!
