The worst service i have ever experienced! there's no match between the property shown and the actual property. Not even the basic facilities like proper ordinary room. The colour on the walls was foaling when touched. Bucket and mug in the bathroom were broken. The sheet on the western toilet came out in my hand when opened. Such a terrible experience first time in my life.

i book room there is no issue for booking room. Stay in the room is my big mistake full waste of money room condition is to poor i took 2 hours extra time so they changed for me 200 rupees extra charge

Pathetic experience. Unhygienic condition. Washrooms not cleaned. Garbage outside rooms. Smelling all night. Unresponsive staff. Worst hotel in bangalore interms of hygiene. Don't go seeing that price is low. You will regret.

Pathetic Experience, The bathroom was not clean, the bedsheet was full of stains and stinking, there were bed bugs and cockroaches in the room, shower was not working,windows didn't close properly which let the mosquitos in, The attendant neglected our complaints on this.... Negative stars for this property. A 100 ₹ dormitory is better that this room.

It's poor room toilet worst room also bad low quality of beds and bedsheet please when you book ask to give good condition rooms because when you book so they give bad room but good staff

I recently stayed at veekay lodge, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. From the moment i checked in, the service was subpar. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, making me feel unwelcome from the start. The condition of the rooms was unacceptable. The bedsheets were very dirty, which made me uncomfortable throughout my stay. Additionally, the fans in the room were not working properly, leading to a stuffy and unpleasant environment. The lack of basic cleanliness and maintenance was astonishing. Despite raising these issues with the staff, their response was indifferent and uncooperative. The overall behavior of the staff was rude and unprofessional, which only added to the negative experience. I expected at least a basic level of hospitality, but veekay lodge failed to meet even the most minimal standards. Given the poor service, unclean rooms, and bad attitude of the staff, i would strongly advise against staying at this lodge. There are surely better options available in the area that offer a more pleasant and comfortable experience. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
