The service is not good but the room are very good and comfortable for stay purpose but service is poor and tv doesn't works. Hleo

This was the worst experience. The photos that they show and the facility that we feel at the property are totally different. So please never use this hotel again. I don’t know how come a common club facility can become premier hotel. After booking we felt the presentation which they shown property and reviews that were given do not match. This is my review and other also have experienced the same problem had horrible experience. The room was full of odd smell and very unhygienic, the food was average and the photos in internet are fake. 100 % not recommended for families. Wow this is an horrible place to stay. My room was next to the smoking room and it was terrible. Service was the worst of all. If you are inside the hotel then you can't go to the basement for the parking and you have to go outside and walk all the way to the parking even if it is raining. The management is really horrible. A/c didnt work and the guys tried to fixed it for long half a day and then fixed it. Food was not good. I totally don't recommend this place to anyone until they change the service.

Good hotel and good staff. Front desk is helpful and breakfast is great. I stayed for 5 nights with my family.

I was 1st allotted a room 2009 in which all floor was broken and later ac was not working and i had very bad experience this time

Location was somewhat okay but food worst ever and amenities & services also very poor. This is not a star hotel, it’s just a stay hotel. Highly disappointed on the stay.

We had a very bad experience…washroom is not cleaned and the receptionist is very very rude..there is a coupon for using the pool and the receptionist haven’t given it even tho we asked for it..There is no proper room service,there is no one attend the phone calls..

The rooms where not good, maintenance was not proper bathroom was not neat and doors where not working some staff was smoking cig when i arrived
