Lemon Tree Hotel Whitefield, Bengaluru

I recently booked a one-day stay at a hotel with friends to celebrate my friend’s birthday. In advance, I had requested simple decorations for the room, which the hotel staff confirmed. However, upon arrival, it was clear that something had gone wrong. The staff seemed clueless about the arrangement, and our room was devoid of any decorations. When I approached the front desk to inquire about the situation, they initially stalled and then asked me to wait in the lobby while they hastily prepared the room. Frustrated, I declined their offer and decided to call ***ish, the person I had previously spoken to about the decorations. To his credit, ***ish acknowledged the mistake and offered co****sation. Unfortunately, our evening plans were already in motion, so we declined the offer. To make matters worse, despite booking a room for three people, there was no extra mattress provided. We were assured that it would be placed in the room later that night, but it never materialized. Disheartened by the lack of hospitality, I chose not to call the front desk again and checked out the next morning. Overall, my stay left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed. The hotel staff needs better training in basic guest services to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.

It was my first ever solo stay and it was one of the best experience i have ever had mostly because of how friendly the staff are( esp lakpa , noor & vishal) I stayed there for 2 weeks and definitely felt sad when i had to leave🤧 Would recommend to anyone visiting Bangalore for the first time!!

Quick service and very trustworthy, the staff took care of my needs, the environment was very peaceful, room was very clean, Dining at the restaurant was very delight, the food was very delicious, I highly recommend this place for your personal or business stay.

Friendly and accomodating staff, Clean and efficient, Excellent service, Nice environment, comfortable place for your personal stay and business stays. It's one of the best place I've been so far evryone are very friendly with a smile on their face.

The pillows were fluffy and decoration was very attractive 😍. All staff were polite and very attentive towards their work and duty. Food was very delicious and tasty. It was so mouth watering always. I had very awesome time and wishes to come soon.

I recently stayed at the Lemon tree for 4 nights and was impressed with every single thing, from the beautiful room, to the great pool, the great restaurant and wonderful breakfast. However, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. This hotel does the little things right and the attention to detail is spot on, and really makes a difference. Keep doing what you're doing! The staff in Restaurant are also amazing, and the cocktails and food in there are beautiful. Thanks for a great stay

We arrived late afternoon at this hotel , tired from a bus journey from.Mysuru. No greeting or welcome drink (Not sure if its give or not but travelled well have always got a drink) We went to.the check in counter formalities done and sat down for 5 minutes the Associate comes hands the key and says your room is on the 5th floor, Being a Hotelier my self was truly surprised that the most basic info (Breakfast, time.amd where) of your package inclusion was not informed. The wife and I went to our room #527, we entered walked in 1. opened the blinds and see big pigeon or crow poop stains on the window 2. The blinds were dirty and torn with holes clearly visible 3. The Tea/Coffee maker was dirty and not cleaned 4. Bathroom.has shampoo and conditioner holders, they were dirty, rusty and not cleaned allowing me.and my.wife to actually bet as to.wjen.were they cleaned. 5. Water marks on the glass door and around the bathroom , now not something that.dosent happen but again hasent been cleaned in a long time. 6. The MOST DISGUSTING OF ALL WAS THE HEALTH FAUCET, IT WAS DIRTY AND HAD BROWN RESIDUE ALL OVER IT... WE WERE TRULY APPALLED BY THIS. 7. HAIR ON THE BED 8. TV remote we searched all the drawers in the room and was non existent, had to ask for one from HK 9. One of the drawers was shaking and out of its hinge 10. Mini bar was dirty and not cleaned. The only reason I chose Lemon tress is because we stayed in the Mumbai one and it was nice. This was ment to be a transit stay and I was really pissed off, I did not want to speak to.any one as all I would get is sorry, a complimentary platter, or a dinner. I did not want any of that as it was all soft touches and basic housekeeping cleaning and this hotel failed at its most basics. Even when checking out there were other guests waiting for their rooms to check in and the FD was not.organised at all, 2 colleagues were speaking with each other with a tone of argument in Hindi and very.much audible in front of guests. I informed the Ops ***ager to check the room.and think if they would be OK with all they have received. Photo's attached
