Neeru and the team's hospitality was outstanding. Nishani and Basavraj greeted us warmly and ensured swift service. Everything arrived on time, and when there was a delay, they went the extra mile by providing food. Exceptional service from start to finish!

The Food at Sterlings Mac is as tasty as the Hospitality and Service serves. Dineshkumar the Restaurant Manager leads with his smiles and know-it-all of you would be eating, Chef Bala gives you reasons to Dil Maange More, the graceful Amit is always at hand to ensure that you didn't miss anything and Nishani leaves her 'mark' of gracious attendance.

Went for dinner buffet at the restaurant.Bihu and Ishaani have served us the meal and they were quite warm and cordial .Great ambience and good buffet spread.Place was not crowded and I could have a peaceful time with family .My favourite dishes were the Singapore Fish,egg plant roast and broccoli in peanut sauce

It was pleasant stay in the hotel. I liked the room, its cleanliness, its theme and specially the interior. All features and facilities were working as expected. In room dining services and breakfast menu is awesome. Staff is very supportive and caring, special mention for "Sweety" the lady with evergreen cute smile who was there supporting the guests.

Very good rooms with clean and maintained furniture. Good linen and nicely maintained bathroom. The breakfast spread is good and the food quality too. The staff takes very good care of you and make you feel very comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Rooms are decent enough, comfortable bed. Bathroom is also ok. Breakfast can have some more options. Evening tea and light snacks option was excellent and not offered by other hotels. Location is big plus considering the price. I would like to stay again here.

Great experience . Had some very calm and wonderful days there. They have very good food, very nice and friendly people with very nice and neat/perfect service. Their beds are perfect I really enjoyed my sleep there.. lol… Highly recommend for personal or professional travel. They are not going to disappoint you.
