It was very terrible experience with staff of hotel, they did not provide anything i ask for, they gave a small for 2 people booking and did not give me extra bed sheet, tea cups were dirty, receptionist was rude and unprofessional. They did not provide invoice to me first they said they can not provide gst invoice and later they said they cannot provide even normal invoice and they said why do you make booking if you book directly it's half the price
