The staff is fantastic - as evident from my experience described here. I visited this hotel in Oct 2022 with family amd while leaving I forgot a hat. A simple hat. I stay in Calcutta and did not have any travel to Bangalore for the next 10 months. And lo and behold, as I came to Bangalore today (in Aug 2023), I contacted them and they handed over my hat to me! Not ***y hotels will keep a simple hat for someone living in another city and that too for 10 months! I am very grateful to ***oj, Abhishek, Vinish and Deepak at the front desk. It is a simple hotel. Neat and clean. Dont expect luxury. But expect warmth and honest service. Recommended!
