The best resort experience ever (not exaggerating). Proactive Service (10/10), Kids friendly (11 month old and 4 years old) (10/10). Resort landscape (10/10). Pram friendly(ramps available in most places), Food (8.5/10), Room (8.5/10. Deducting 1.5 points for lack of a great view from sit out area). The staff is super helpful and proactively seeks out to help with the baby. Damini, Jasim, Shreyas, the staff at the swimming pool (did not catch their names), the Chef even surprised us with a complementary birthday cake. Only one downside - the spa has only one male masseuse and one female masseuse. So was hard to get a slot.

Very nice experience, food was good, Shobith and Ravi were very helpful in guiding, lunch spread was very huge, greenary around.. swimming pool was very nice..all were neat and hygiene..had a pleasant and nice experience ..............

Good hospitality by Manjunath and Shashi. Thank you for your support. Good environment for stay. Room is good, well maintained all the side of the resort. Good food service and room service. I would suggest for exploring this. Good recommendation's and option for enjoying

Shashi & manjunath from housekeeping provided best support. Overall hospitality was great and the place is also The place looks cool and better and the pool is great. Over the experience was great. It's a must visit place again in Bangalore

It was a nice experience to be stayed here. House keeping team manjunath addressed us personally. What i felt is Food could have been better. Room service was bit slow. Except these , it was nice experience

Everything is excellent and hospitality is very good. Entire House keeping is helpful and love the swimming pool. Manjunathi and Shashi helped me to get a comb when I was in a difficult situation.....

Had a wonderful stay at the resort. The property is very nice. Service was very good. Though on the first day our experience was not that good, next day onwards they took good care. Especially, Ravi from health club and chef Prem and Mahesh took care of us really well and arranged for our special anniversary dinner with care. Spa was amazing as well.

We went to the restaurant for lunch, food was very tasty.Service was excellent the staff were very courteous. We were served by Sibam - very courteous, young, energetic & enthusiastic person, good service & he advised us on the food that was special in Angsana Thank you
