The room that I stayed in was the Superior Panorama. The views were of the city and offers great vibes when the sun goes down.
The hotel has 2 infinity pools on both 22nd and 37th floor and each offers stunning views of Bangkok’s cityscape. There is also a spa that can be enjoyed on the 37th floor that offers Thai massages and luxury packages to help you unwind and relax!
The service was outstanding and the staff kindly prepared a small welcome gift as a celebration for me and my partners anniversary.
The hotel is conveniently located near the shopping district of Siam and has easy accessibility to the BTS sky train line.
Amazing hotel and will be definitely visiting again

朋友介紹入住呢間酒店，今次住43樓，個 view靚到不得了🥰，要讚讚酒店服務員💁🏼♀️他們全部笑面迎人，會同你㩒𨋢、打招呼，令你覺得好有家嘅感覺！
而酒店房好整潔，床🛌超級舒服，瞓到唔想外出。
酒店好近BTS同Airlines 線，交通十分方便，相信下次都會再入住呢間酒店🏨

先說優點，離siam兩個站，加上有空橋，從地鐵站走回飯店真的一路舒適度很高；飯店大廳很氣派，大廳廁所的香味超級特別，很清新很高級的類似香茅的味道；然後飯店早餐的井字鬆餅真的天堂極好吃，外酥內軟真的每天都可以嗑好幾個；飯店有一個app，幾乎可以覆蓋房客需要的飯店服務；缺點是畢竟是一家龐大集團的連鎖五星級飯店，標準房型居然沒有免治馬桶跟浴缸，我和另一房的朋友上床躺著滑手機時腿都被叮兩包不知道什麼東西、很癢，還好我帶了止癢藥；拖鞋很軟很舒服，但我的拖鞋上面有一圈污漬，看起來很像重複使用的，穿了一下後來同行講了之後就不敢穿了；要洗澡時進淋浴間發現地板是濕的，有點疑惑；另外是早上九點在洗臉準備去吃早餐前，housekeeping來敲門，看到房客還在後居然還是衝進來打掃，一般來說我認知的高級飯店應該是在房客去吃早餐時通報房務人員打掃，在不打擾房客的情況下完成打掃工作，而不是在房間裡收拾、跟房客大眼瞪小眼，以上這些點我認為eastin可以做得更細緻，基本上感覺eastin就是把預算都拿去做公共空間，我稱之為被鬆餅耽誤的飯店業

The hotel is connected to the BTS train, just 5 minutes from Siam Paragon. About 30 minutes taxi from the Grand Palace. Two swimming pools. Great breakfast with choices for every palate. They have an app can be used to book their Spa massages, in room dining and everything else. The chat was well followed and my messages answered always in few minutes. Good Spa. All the staff was very nice and helpful. They also prepared a birthday cake for my brother. Only thing that can be improved is the air conditioning in the common areas, it was pretty cold for breakfast.

酒店大堂很氣派，check in感覺很舒服
早餐多款式建議一定要加購早餐
房間不算大，因為我訂最便宜的房型
但真的很舒服床很軟又很新很乾淨，非常舒服既一晚
泳池唔算勁大係22樓無邊際，可以影到靚相打卡一流
非常值得推介下次會選擇再入住

首先，地理位置10分理想，從機場搭鐵路到Phaya Thai 站全程只需要30分鐘左右，去Siam 也只需兩個BTS站避免了塞車的煩惱，節省時間！站連接住天橋前往酒店，即是落雨也不怕！酒店連着的商場有便利店，和甜品名店after You！在車站的另一方有Let’s relax！唯獨如果要普通按腳和吃宵夜的話，可能要走大概8分鐘路程!
酒店大堂裝修非常華麗，前台員工有笑容，禮貌去接待客人！房間內的設施和供應10分充足，之前說只有人字拖，但現在也提供了一次性拖鞋！雙人床夠大，亦非常舒適！早餐也非常豐富，應有的有，沒估計到有的也有，而且味道也不錯！酒店的員工不論前台，酒店大堂的，打掃房間的，甚至在指揮交通的員工也非常有禮貌，很敬業！贊！
將來再去曼谷的話，一定會再次入住

機場快綫站一出天橋就直達酒店，非常方便。出siam搭BTS都係兩個站，又係直達。 酒店乾淨，早餐豐富，每日都會有些少食物不同。 空間闊落，唯獨no roof top bar失色。 酒店附近有Let’s relax及其他massage. 泳池不大但打卡夠晒。
