This is worst of the worst hotel in Bangkok. Reasons being:
1) terrible service - the frontdesk is very impolite and discriminate Chinese. The frontdesk lady named "Milky" was very unpleasant during check-in. We paid our deposit but she doesn't issue receipt. When I asked for receipt, she said if will be sent together with the luggage. The deposit is B$1000 per room per night and she said if you stay for 7 days, it's B$7000. I paid $2000 as I only stayed 2 nights. Then, one hour after I received my luggage in the room, the deposit receipt still hasn't arrived. I need to call the frontdesk again so they finally sent the receipt to my room.
2) The hotel is poorly located. If you have lugguge, it will be very difficult for ypu to walk 20 mins from the bts station to the hotel. Before I check in, I already asked about the shuttle servicr and the hotel emailed me saying that you can call the hotel after you arrived at the pick up point (7-11) and they will send shuttle to pick us up. However, when we arrived at the 7-11 and called the hotel, the hotel said that i should wait at different place. He said the next shuttle bus will leave the hotel at 1pm and I can wait for about 1 hour for this shuttle bus. Why don't they tell me the exact location to wait and the shuttle bus schedule of so that we can plan beforehand? Everything was by email so it is very clear that it is the fault of the hotel (see photo attached)
3) Don't trust the shuttle schedule, the shuttle is never on time. They don't arrange the queue, so when the shuttle arrives, everyone rush in and if you dont get 1 of the 8 seats, u are going to wait for another 45 mins to 1 hour.
This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed after all these years. Please blacklist this hotel. This is for sure not a 5 star hotel with poor staff and bad service like this.
