Stayed for 4 days. Specifically told the staff at the counter that we would like non smoking level as my 4 year old got asthma but the whole level stink so bad of cigarettes smell and even our room was filled with cigarettes smell.
They only changed us to a suite room on our last night despite multiple complaints. Last complaint made at the counter resulted in the unhappy male staff showing me black faces and getting annoyed at me. He did not even want to look at me and gave me attitude. Not even apologetic at all but kept telling me that my level is non smoking area.
Other than that, the staffs at the lounge is great. Liveband people remembers our names and was very friendly. Great location and breakfast selection.

No tables and chairs as shown in photo. 5stars hotel? Doubting. KSL standard. Old and require upgrade. Shower door’s rubber worn out, water leaks out. Average breakfast that you can skip. Nothing is good, except for location.

Booked a stay recently at Berkeley hotel. Cleanliness is okay, thumbs up to room service crew! My stay for 4 nights was acceptable, beverage replenishing is up to standard.
Downside is that im staying in the North tower so it is a little troublesome to come down cause 2 lifts are required. Room walkway was really dark. Tbh the hotel is really nice but didn't had a 5 star feel to it.
One notable incident is that I needed to make an urgent overseas call in the middle of the night, the receptionist tried to help me but my problem wasn't solved. I was told to make the call in my room which I tried following the instructions on the phone but I couldn't call out.
Aside from all these, we had a pleasant stay here.

Loved the location is easy access to many surrounding areas and BTS stations. The room we booked was very spacious, the breakfast spread was good . Will definitely come back again.

Except the concierge at the bag reception should change his manners that I met on 5 am of January 11 check out time.And key card function wired sometime . Breakfast is superb. Will come again.

Location is good . Break fast is good . Room furniture had seen better day. Family type hotel so kids are having a wild time everywhere. Will come back for sure.
