This is the fourth time I am staying in Berkeley Hotel. I like its location, and room rates are pretty reasonable for its size. Buffet breakfast have quite a good spread as well.
Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Lokasinya strategis dekat dengan Big C, Central World Mall. berada dalam 1 sambungan dengan Palagium Mall. Kamar bersih hanya toilet perlu diperbaiki karena susah flushing. Pelayanan baik dan ramah. Amenities lengkap. Sarapan pagi variasi banyak menu.

Stayed for 4 days. Specifically told the staff at the counter that we would like non smoking level as my 4 year old got asthma but the whole level stink so bad of cigarettes smell and even our room was filled with cigarettes smell.
They only changed us to a suite room on our last night despite multiple complaints. Last complaint made at the counter resulted in the unhappy male staff showing me black faces and getting annoyed at me. He did not even want to look at me and gave me attitude. Not even apologetic at all but kept telling me that my level is non smoking area.
Other than that, the staffs at the lounge is great. Liveband people remembers our names and was very friendly. Great location and breakfast selection.

No tables and chairs as shown in photo. 5stars hotel? Doubting. KSL standard. Old and require upgrade. Shower door’s rubber worn out, water leaks out. Average breakfast that you can skip. Nothing is good, except for location.

Booked a stay recently at Berkeley hotel. Cleanliness is okay, thumbs up to room service crew! My stay for 4 nights was acceptable, beverage replenishing is up to standard.
Downside is that im staying in the North tower so it is a little troublesome to come down cause 2 lifts are required. Room walkway was really dark. Tbh the hotel is really nice but didn't had a 5 star feel to it.
One notable incident is that I needed to make an urgent overseas call in the middle of the night, the receptionist tried to help me but my problem wasn't solved. I was told to make the call in my room which I tried following the instructions on the phone but I couldn't call out.
Aside from all these, we had a pleasant stay here.

Loved the location is easy access to many surrounding areas and BTS stations. The room we booked was very spacious, the breakfast spread was good . Will definitely come back again.

酒店衛生很普通，每天回來還看見很多頭髮在地上，好像沒有打掃房間似的，房間雖然很大，但是仔細看窗戶、桌子都是塵埃。下次未必會再來了
