Male staff and female staff with glasses were helpful and professional. However my stay wasn't comfortable.
I had higher hopes expecting a capsule bed space, but it was disappointing. It was a small dark room with bluish gray walls that had 4 beds. Beds didn't have any hook or hangers. The toilet and shower were inside this small room. Unfortunately, it was very uncomfortable to have a non-female transgender individual in this small room. After using the only toilet in the room, the non-female guest stepped into the bathroom before I even got a chance to leave the bathroom. I could have booked a mixed room at hundreds of hostels in Bangkok which were cheaper. But I booked a FEMALE-ONLY room not expecting to share a room with a biological male person.

This hotel is so clean and close to the MRT station , the staff was so friendly and kindly but the main road is so close to the hotel and made little noise. anyways, I highly recommended this hotel for you guys who want to catch up the long distance train or airport transferring.

The locker room clasp was broken and I had to wait at the front desk for an hour to fix it. There was no compensation and I am honestly dissatisfied. The facilities were not that clean.

I booked for a queen bed but they assigned me into the twin bedroom, the outside noise of traffic was so loud I could barely sleep. I'm not sure about the cleanliness because I got rash over my legs and arms. The staffs are great tho.

best location at latprao MRT, there are a lot of restaurants nearby. the cleaniness is acceptable. I stayed for 2 nights at Zone B dorm. Quiet and clam. pillow is too high. others are good. female staff during night shift could have been better, but the day shift is very service minded and attentive.

Only can park one car at the hotel.
Other cars must be park at the middle of the main road. Not convenient if you drive

Hotel is close to Ladprao mrt station.
From hotel to Ratchada 10 minutes and to Sukhumvit 15 minutes only by mrt.
Bangkok mrt runs from 6:00 to 23:00.
Very clean and well managed hotel too.
I recommend to everyone this hotel of reasonable price.

Great location! Just walk across the street to the MRT Ladprao(subway) & BTS (skytrain) . From there you can go anywhere as you wish! Reasonable price for a private room Queen bed I stayed. Probably my 3rd already sleeping here. ที่พักเดินทางสะดวกมาก เดินข้ามถนนไปก็ bts กับ mrt ลาดพร้าวเลยค่ะ ราคาเท่านี้ถือว่าปกติมากสำหรับโลเคชั่นนี้
